"Some ups and downs "
Accommodation was in a beautiful spot with a pool, coffee area, hammocks, yoga area and little kitchen.
Selina South staff we’re extremely helpful, especially Caroline who went above and beyond everyday to help us.
Victor and Andres are great surf instructors, keen to get you out there and will coordinate other activities if you want.

The surf and yoga itself was amazing. Beaches incredible, with amazing waves. The surf instructors were great guys, really instructive, helpful, and had a laugh with all of us.
I went as a solo traveller, and ended up meeting some amazing people in the surf class. It was a great way to meet people.
I stayed in selina north, which was a nice hostel. It had a good balance between chill and party, noise and quiet for me. Would recommend.
The all inclusive meals option was perfect in my opinion. Loads of options for restaurants to go to. It made life so easy. I hear the fridges in the hostel were a bit crammed. So to have the option of not having to think about food was amazing.
Overall, it was a super fun trip. I learnt to surf over my 5 days, and feel confident I could go out solo now. Would highly recommend!

"Amazing Experience "
Pura Vida Surfers were an awesome team, they make learning fun and take the time to actually teach you how to surf. The flexibility of this retreat is great - you can choose when to take yoga versus when to surf and there are various food options. As a solo traveler, I would highly recommend this package!

"Amazing Surf Camp Pura Vida Surfers"
Geweldige week gehad in Santa Teresa.

"Escaping the polar vortex"
They put us in hotel Otro Lado, which was super calm and relaxing, compared to Selinas where most people stay (it's a younger crowd there). I loved that the surfing and yoga were incorporated into every day, and the community of international travelers that was super chill. Felt very well-taken-care-of, with several of the surf instructors available for questions/anything, and also fun to hang out with. Santa Teresa / Nicola Peninsula is some sort of magical zen zone (with partying Thursday night at La Lora if you're up for it!). Would definitely recommend.

"Excellent yoga and surf retreat experience! "
The classes were very well organized and monitored by the instructors. We spent a good time in the water practicing and surfing! After the third day, I was already catching cool waves in the green waters... Yoga in the evenings was a nice complement to the surfing practices. I enjoy the fact that we could choose different schools to practice. The accommodation was in a very nice and nature-driven spot in Santa Teresa, with an amazing sunset view!
