Program

Bali is world-famous for its surf scene, and there are heaps of amazing spots to explore. We want you to experience the best of them! Even though Canggu got awesome waves, the lineup tends to be a bit crowded, so we take you on a road trip out town. In this way, you also get to explore more of the island and experience the diversity of Bali!

Beginners tend to go to Legian, while more advanced surfers head for Sanur. Legian has a beautiful beach and great beginner waves, whilst Sanur is a charming surfer's paradise in the southeast. Combing surfing in Bali’s stunning nature with time in buzzing Canggu gives you the true Bali experience.

Surf - Level 2

Bali is home to some genuinely spectacular waves, and each day we go to find the best waves for your level. When the conditions are right, this level 2 group goes from Sanur to Turtle Island (Serangan). A short cruise through the lagoon in our private surf boat is an unforgettable part of the trip. Once there, you share fun waves, giggles, and tropical memories of a lifetime.

Typical day

An average day at the camp starts off with breakfast around 9 a.m. and then it's time to head for the surf. The instructors always have an eye on you and make sure you get some nice rides. Two hours later you will be tired, happy, and eager for some well-earned lunch. What you do the rest of the day is up to you. Some people choose to stay and surf, others head out on other expeditions, and some head back to the camp for some downtime by the pool. Dinner is served around 8 p.m. for those who want to join.

The course

Your instructor will be with you in the water and guide you in how to get more out of your surfing. You will, among other things, be taught how to get in and out of the water depending on the currents, positioning yourself in the lineup, bottom turns, cutbacks, and other maneuvers. Each lesson is around two hours long and after that, you are off course welcome to hang around and surf some more. We have plenty of boards at the camp and you can always grab one and paddle out whenever you feel like it!

Location

The camp is located in the hip Canggu area that offers a great combination of beautiful rice field surroundings, fun surf, and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Canggu consists of many small villages that surround a great rice field area. The place has peaceful energy to it and you feel close to nature, even though you are just a short scooter ride from the more buzzing areas nearby.
