5 Day Exhilarating Kite or Wing Foil Camp in Malcesine, Lake Garda, Italy

Kite Center Garda Lake offers a series of kitesurfing lessons in Malcesine with which to reach the guide bases. They will provide you with all the equipment including modern kites and bars, kiteboards, helmets, life jackets, booties, harnesses, and everything you might need.

In this lake you can surf with two different winds, both in a different hour of the day. The “Pelér” blows from North during the first twelve hours of the day, involving a large part of the Garda Lake. The wind “Ora” blows from the South. It’s well-known among surfers and sailors from all over the world. It usually starts blowing around noon-1 p.m. until sunset. This particular condition guarantees a higher wind speed and perfect conditions for kitesurfing.

Please take note that if clients make a group according to the date booked, then the number of lessons will be given to the group in an instance and not exclusively to each of the individuals of the group.

Beginner

The lesson is in the kitesurfing center in Malcesine and will bring you from zero to autonomy on the water with the kite! The lessons offer everything a beginner needs including the equipment, detailed explanations, and reliable help from the staff. The first lessons are concentrated both on the theoretical part on the beach and practice on the water through the Kite Center Garda Lake lift kite service. You will learn how to obtain complete control of your equipment and you will be able to manage every situation in and out of the water. Through learning the correct control of the kite you will gain confidence in your kite style and in yourself as well. All of this is in order to become autonomous in assembling the kite equipment and in the management on the water and on the ground.

Intermediate

The intermediate course is well recommended for those who just finished the beginner part, but also for those who already have previous experience and skills.

• Salti - jump: The course covers the following topics: self-rescue, upwind board recovery, kite mastery, safety techniques, power strokes, water starts, getting longer rides, upwind riding, transitions, toeside riding and transitions, and many more!
