Program

The plan

Breakfast

You will start the surf day with a tasty breakfast of fresh fruits, omelets, Moroccan peanut butter, and pancakes, which are from a traditional family recipe.

Wave quest

You will leave the surf camp at 09:00 (tide-dependent) and Pro Surf Morocco will take you to the most suitable surf spot for your level. Their surf instructors choose an appropriate spot every morning based on the surf forecast and a last-minute check. Surf lessons are taught only at breaks suitable for beginners and intermediate surfers.

Surf lesson

During the first surf session, the instructors will explain surf theory and join you in the water for a two-hour lesson. After the morning lesson, you will return to the beach for a fresh handmade lunch and a choice of fresh fruits.

Afternoon free surf

By this time, you will be ready for the guided free surf session. Your instructor will analyze your moves and provide feedback for improvement.

Evening return

You will head back to the surf camp in the afternoon. You can join an optional yoga session at sunset (or sunrise) or enjoy free time on the terraces.

Rooftop dinner

At 20:00, a traditional dinner by chef Karima Habiballah awaits on the rooftop, capping off a perfect surf day at ProSurf Morocco.

The villa is just a one-minute walk from the world-famous “Magic Bay” surf spot, a location perfect for longboarders and beginners. A three-minute walk will take you to “Cathedral,” a spot better suited for intermediate and shortboard riders. Along the short way to these beautiful beaches, you’ll find small grocery shops, beach cafés, and restaurants.

Food

Indulge in the rich flavors of traditional Moroccan cuisine at Pro Surf Camp Tamraght Taghazut Bay. The menu features mouthwatering dishes that showcase the culinary heritage of the region.

Tagine

This is a signature Moroccan dish cooked in a cone-shaped clay pot. It features tender meat or vegetables slow-cooked with aromatic spices, herbs, and preserved lemons, resulting in a flavorful and fragrant stew.

Couscous

This is a staple dish made from steamed semolina grains served with a variety of vegetables, meat, or fish. The fluffy texture and combination of spices create a comforting and satisfying meal.

Moroccan mint tea

Experience the Moroccan tea culture with a refreshing cup of mint tea. This sweet and aromatic beverage is made by steeping green tea leaves with fresh mint leaves and a generous amount of sugar.

Harira

This is a hearty and traditional Moroccan soup, often enjoyed during Ramadan. It typically includes lentils, chickpeas, tomatoes, and a blend of spices, resulting in a nourishing and flavorsome soup.

Pastilla

This is a savory pie with layers of thin pastry filled with a delectable mixture of spiced meat (typically chicken or pigeon), almonds, and aromatic herbs. It is baked until golden and topped with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and cinnamon.

Moroccan salads

Explore a variety of vibrant and refreshing salads, such as Moroccan carrot salad, zaalouk (roasted eggplant salad), or taktouka (grilled pepper and tomato salad). These salads showcase the vibrant flavors of fresh vegetables, herbs, and Moroccan spices.
