Accommodation
Misturod is in an awesome location 30 seconds from the ocean and a two minute walk to the centre. It is a simple, clean, comfortable and friendly hotel with a good breakfast. All rooms have private bathrooms.
Program
Surf Hub Cabo Verde will pick you up from the airport and take you to your accommodation. Each morning, the lessons start after breakfast (depending on the best time for the day). Before you join the team for the camp, the team will look at the forecast and pick the best times for lessons and practice.
There will be two locations for wingfoil lessons so you can make the most out of your time on the water and improve within your week. Both locations are 2 minutes from the surf school, which is just down the road from your accommodation.
As part of your camp, they also provide an island tour and a sailing trip for when you want a break from wingfoiling. Surf Hub Cabo Verde has lots of solo travellers learning kite, surfing, and wingfoil with them, so it’s a great way to meet new people and have an amazing experience.

Instructors
Elcio Oliveira
Born and raised in Sal Cabo Verde Elcio (Tchu) started as a windsurf instructor 20 years ago and has progressed to include surf instructor, Kitesurf Instructor and now Wingfoil Instructor. Tchu has taught kite for over 18 years working with a lot of different schools in Cabo Verde and also teaching other Cabo Verdeans how to kitesurf and how to teach the sport. We all originally worked together in a centre in Cape Verde and have come together to create our own kite and surf school.
Location
The bed and breakfast is just two minutes of walking to the centre of Santa Maria where you can find all kinds of restaurants, bars, and cafes to suit all tastes and budgets. A stones throw from the ocean and two minutes away from the centre, it is super easy to get around. Kitebeach is a five-minute drive away.
Food
Breakfast is included in your package. There are also many restaurants in Santa Maria for lunch and dinner for all budgets and all tastes.
