The new apartments are located in a very nice complex with a garden and swimming pool, reception, parking, anti-intrusion system, and night surveillance. Each apartment offers two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room with kitchen, air conditioning, TV, double compartment refrigerator (275 liters), private porch furnished with armchairs and hammock, a very useful box / cellar for storage, for example, the equipment sporty.
The apartment has a fantastic position for those who make sports activities and for those who enjoy long walks on the beach or sunbathing. It is just 30 meters from the beach, beach bar, restaurant, and directly on the best Cumbuco kite-spot. It is ideal for vacationing friends, young couples, and sports freaks on shorter or longer holidays. The apartment conveniently located near Cumbuco, reachable on foot in five minutes and at only half hour drive from the airport in Fortaleza.
Program
All the kite courses last about two hours. The lessons must take place on agreed days, otherwise, they will be lost. Apartment Cumbuco provides a kite level certificate at the end of kitesurfing courses.
The course includes theory and practical instruction with three lessons in the water for a total of about eight hours. Group lessons are held with a maximum of two students. For the duration of the course, the school will provide all the equipment and boat service with a teacher.

Learn to kite
Kite Center Garda Lake uses the latest generation equipment kitesurfing, their instructors have IKO and/or ABK certification. Included is all the equipment, such as a helmet, life-vest, and good kites. Providing 8 hours of kite lesson, Kite Center Garda Lake normally splits it up in 2-3 hours per day.

The first main kite spot, 40 minutes' north of Pinto Martins-Fortaleza International Airport (FOR) in Brazil, is the fishing village of Cumbuco with its golden beaches and conditions for every type of riding style and level. With 2,800 hours of sunshine per year, you’ll also be mixing it with more pro riders than anywhere else as it’s such a consistent training location and a lot of fun off the water too.
