Start off every day with the best healthy breakfast in Peniche! We take breakfast seriously, so there is no need to rush through it.
After breakfast follows the surf lesson with our professional and stoked surf instructors. The surf lesson is 2 hours long and the instructors make sure you will surf in the best wave condition possible!
In between surfing and yoga, there is plenty of time to enjoy a great lunch in one of the restaurants in town, relax on the beach or just explore the area.
The yoga classes are usually in the the late afternoons or at sunset. Boa Onda Guesthouse provides mats and props, so you just need to bring comfortable clothes.
Surfing
All of the instructors are here to make your surf experience memorable. Whether you are a total beginner or you already have experience, your instructors will guide you according to your level. You just need to suit up and you are ready for a fun ride!
Hatha yoga
Most forms of yoga in the west can be classified as Hatha yoga. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures, meaning your Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Power yoga classes are all Hatha yoga. The word “Hatha” can be translated in two ways; as willful or forceful, or the yoga of activity, and as the sun (ha), and moon (tha), the yoga of balance. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.
