Marine’s journey into yoga began in 2017 through a personal path of physical and emotional healing — a turning point that deeply transformed her life. Through consistent practice, she reconnected with her body, learned to listen to its needs, and restored balance on every level — physical, mental, emotional, and energetic. Yoga became not only a practice, but a way of living, self-exploration, and inner alignment.
