Edd is a passionate surf instructor and ocean lover with over 15 years of surfing experience and more than 10 years working as a lifeguard. With a background in swimming instruction, hospitality, and water sports such as surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, and sailing, he combines safety, professionalism, and personalized coaching. Through Wave into Soul Surf School and Stay, Edd shares authentic surf experiences in Morocco, helping guests build confidence, improve their skills, and connect deeply with the ocean.

The spots
1. The Bay
A favorite spot for longboarders, the Bay of Imsouane features a magical right wave that rolls for over 800 meters. The peak of this point break is easily reached from the fishing port’s jetty. From there, surfers are ready to catch the longest wave of their lives. This incredible wave allows for quick progression for all skill levels.
2. The Reef
Located on the other side of the village, this reef break (offering rights and lefts) allows intermediate surfers to take advantage of the wave and execute some nice maneuvers. With swells over 1.5 meters, the wave can hollow out and form beautiful little tubes. It is perfect for an evening session, facing the stunning sunset.
3. The Cathedral
In front of the Imsouane campsite, the Cathedral spot mainly works with large swells. This powerful right wave offers great sensations in the lineup and is mostly reserved for experienced surfers.
