On this intensive surf camp you will surf every single day. There are 7 surf coaching classes delivered by former national champion with professional video analysis and optional free surfing with a surf board. You will refine your skills and level up with a personalized program build on your own surf style and goals.

- Non-surfing companions are welcome, with a parallel retreat tailored for them, ranging from surf taster sessions to fully customized programs, ensuring everyone experiences their ideal Caribbean escape.
- Groups and private bookings are warmly encouraged. Surf schools and travel agencies can access special discounts and commissions by contacting Villa Sunset or Villa Sunrise for details or custom arrangements.
- This boutique retreat takes place in a luxury villa designed for small groups of up to 8–10 guests, offering a peaceful and authentic atmosphere away from mass tourism.
- Solo female travelers are especially welcome, with a female host available for personal assistance throughout the stay.
- Advance booking is strongly advised, particularly during Christmas and Easter periods.
- Surf season runs from October to April, bringing consistent waves at Playa Bonita and Playa Cosón. Outside this period, guests can enjoy alternative activities such as SUP, kayaking, taekwondo, yoga, or tai chi on the beach.

Saori Garcia
Saori was a national champion twice and has several international competitions on his CV. He is a great surfer, and a charismatic coach. He speaks Spanish, English and is learning Italian language.
Location
Be immersed in nature and stay just a 5 minutes' drive from the surf spot (they will drive you every day). Enjoy incredible sunsets by the pool with a local beer.
Explore the most iconic surf spots of Las Terrenas Playa Coson and Playa Bonita.
Playa Bonita (elected one of the 20 most beautiful beaches in the world by National Geographic in 2025) is a surfers paradise. Active daily from October to April, it is a safe beach break providing constant waves of various levels, sea turtles, wild playful manati, palm trees and epic sunsets.
The west side is more advanced, frequented by intermediate surfers and local professionals, including two former national champions. It has hosted Olympic selection competitions and offers a glimpse of high-level surfing in action.
Playa Cosón is ideal for advanced surfers only, with longer waves and a more challenging fast break. Occasionally it hosts competitions and is regularly used by local pros for training, giving participants inspiration and insight into professional surfing.
Food
Start each day with a colorful tropical breakfast served by the infinity pool with panoramic sea views. Expect fresh Dominican coffee, exotic fruit platters, smoothie bowls, and energizing options like avocado toast or pancakes with tropical syrups. For those who want to dive into local culture, try the famous “Los Tres Golpes” — a hearty Dominican breakfast of mangú (mashed plantains), fried cheese, eggs, and salami, perfect fuel before a surf session.
Every evening, gather around for Caribbean-inspired dinners freshly prepared by our private cook. Think grilled fish with coconut rice, chicken guisado with tostones, or vegetarian options full of tropical flavors. %Menus vary daily, combining Dominican specialties with healthy international dishes to nourish both surfers and yogis.

Villa Sunset and Villa Sunrise will make your arrival stress-free! A group transfer is included from Santo Domingo International Airport (SDQ) and Samaná El Catey International Airport (AZS). The driver will welcome you at the airport and take you directly to the panoramic villa in Las Terrenas.
The transfer prices from alternative airports that you see are intended per each taxi car so they can be shared within your group.
Your stay includes a group transfer from either Samaná airport or Santo Domingo International Airport.
If you’re arriving by bus or are already in Las Terrenas, they're happy to pick you up with a private transfer — just let us know your arrival details, and they'll make sure you reach the villa comfortably and stress-free.
