Tres Palmas is located right on the beach at La Punta, Montañita's world famous Point Break and the best waves in South America. A short five-minute walk to the vibrant party of downtown Montañita, this property will bring you peace with the soothing sounds of the surf and amazing sunsets.
The property has a beautiful pool with a waterfall, Jacuzzi, grill and outdoor common area with a television, stereo, coffee, water and tea available all day. Their microbrewery and restaurant are just outside your door right on the beach.

Note
Students have access to surf club area with the use of all equipment and grill at their leisure (surfboards, snorkel gear, etc.). One surf class may be exchanged for your choice of two yoga sessions or one massage session. Additional activities can be arranged during your free time at an additional cost. You will return home with a few surf shots to remember the experience of catching your first waves south of the Equator.
Included excursions
The package includes one guided excursion to another gem in the area to see and experience something new. Several options to choose from depending on seasonality and guest preference.

Born and raised in Florida I moved here in 2008 and never looked back. Ecuador is a country full of adventure, history and beauty. Living here at my dream spot on a point that can feel like a surf park is the best move I have ever made. I live here with my wife Sara and sons Mateo and Logan. I spend my free time surfing, exploring and creating art out of found objects. Come and enjoy paradise.
David Ormeno
David is a local Ecuadorian who has been surfing up and down the coast for 30+years. He is an expert surfer, instructor and the most positive energetic person you have ever met.
Location
Located beachfront, Tres Palmas hosts a right-hand point, a left, and a beach break directly out back. The breaks work for both North and South Swells. Other beaches are nearby in the event that Tres Palmas needs smaller or larger conditions to suit the needs of the guests.
