Enjoy your holiday on the Red Sea! Our 30 meter boat is a mobile kite- and wing-station and will take you out every day to the kite-spot. Soma Bay, their operational spot, offers a lot of wind and warm temperatures all year round. You will spend the whole day with other kiters and wingfoilers – far away from the tourist's hustle and bustle of the big hotel complexes.

Accommodation
Onboard of the M/V Kite Adventure, you live in a floating hotel – simple and comfortable in a familiar atmosphere. Each of the 8 twin bed and 2 double bed cabins is set functional and has its own shower and toilet. Fan and storage space are standard.
The boat goes back to the marina in the evening, so overnight guests will have the opportunity to dine at one of the surrounding restaurants or attend one of the weekly party events at Safaga.
All cabins are private and all rates are for 1 person. If you would like to share your cabin with a second person, please let Tornado Surf Center know. A reduced rate is available for two people sharing the same cabin.
The cabins
Private cabin: "Lower Deck"
The classic double rooms on the lower deck are equipped with two single beds or a double bed. This room has its own bathroom with shower (hot / cold) and WC. Air conditioning.
The rooms are not luxurious, but comfortable enough to have a good sleep and to refresh yourself.
Private cabin: "Upper Deck" - Sea View
On the two double cabins on the upper deck you can enjoy a breathtaking views through the large windows paired with two single beds. Of course with an en-suite bathroom with shower (hot / cold) and toilet, air conditioning, and storage for your personal belongings. A few steps down the stairs and you can grab your kite or wing and jump over the platform into the water.
Program
You spend the whole day with other kiters and wingfoilers – far away from the tourist hustle and bustle of the big hotel complexes. They will anchor at the edge of a huge lagoon, where you can jump straight into the water and start kitesurfing.
During this camp, your IKO-certified instructor will support you to reach a new level in wingfoiling. In the evening, the Kite Adventure goes back to the jetty in front of the center in Safaga. You might enjoy what the small town has to offer or chill with the other guests on the boat.

Schedule
- 08:00 Departure from Tornado Surf's center at Safaga: Every day, the group will change from there to the kite and wing spot in Soma Bay. The half-hour trip takes you along the beautiful coastline – with a bit of luck you might even see a class of dolphins
- 08:30 Arrival at the spot: As soon as the boat is anchored, you could get ready for your first wing session of the day. Your instructor will support you in deciding on the equipment. You check the wind strength, grab your equipment, pump with the compressor, and off you go: Have fun! Your instructor will familiarize you with the first steps such as safety, and spot knowledge. As soon as the boat is anchored, your lesson can begin
- 12:30 Lunch time: What could be nicer after an extensive wing session than dedicating yourself to lunch? Help yourself to the lovingly prepared buffet with various dishes, freshly prepared every day in the onboard kitchen. Recharge your batteries for the next round in the water
- 13:00 Relax and chill: Use the time to relax in on the sun deck or chill in the hammocks and bean bags under the shade roof
- 14:00 2nd session on the water: In the afternoon, Soma Bay awaits you in beautiful light. The perfect conditions for another session and practice a new trick or take another lesson. And don't worry, if something goes wrong, the rescue team keeps an eye on the area and will help you with the Zodiac in case of need
- 15:45 Downwinder: Depending on your level and the wind condition in the late afternoon, you can ride the five-kilometer route back to the center in Safaga as a downwinder, accompanied by a boat
- 16:00 Return journey: Now it's time to enjoy "Apéro-Time", "Beer-o'clock" or simply a cool soft drink: Because now you're heading back to the jetty at the Tornado Surf Center
- 19:00 Dinner: The chef serves dinner either as a plate service or in the form of a buffet. Review the day with the other guests or look at the starry sky on the sun deck and enjoy the evening

Location
Soma Bay is located 50 kilometers south of Hurghada and is a location of numerous kitesurfing, windsurfing, and diving centers. The contrast between the turquoise blue sea and the barren desert landscape makes this area an impressive backdrop.
The pleasant temperatures and the steady winds make Soma Bay a perfect spot for kite- / wing- and windsurfing all year round. The wind is usually around 1-2 Bft stronger than in Hurghada, because of the thermal effect from the desert; especially from April to October, the wind is very steady and constant.
This bay has an area of several square kilometers and offers beautiful scenery and perfect conditions for water sports.
Tornado Surf runs with the boat a mobile kite and wing station and a school – with the hotspot in the middle of Soma Bay. The platform on the boat for launching / landing saves your long walks to the beach and even less pumping the kite / wing in the sand.
In the city of Safaga, you will get an impression of the colorful life of an Egyptian fishing village, and you can easily get in touch with the very friendly locals. Here is one of the oldest ports of the Red Sea, Port Safaga. It was established already under the Egyptian Pharaoh Sahure about 4,000 years ago, as a base for trade and exploration in the Red Sea.
Today, it is the main base for the Egyptian Navy for patrols in the Southeast of Egypt. It also serves as a starting point for pilgrimages to Mecca, the export of aluminum, and the import of wheat. Accordingly, the city is dominated by an industrial complex and cargo district.
Outside of the hotels and resorts, the village has few further attractions to offer to the tourists. Along the coastline of Safaga, there are many inner and outer reefs that are very popular for divers and snorkelers.

The salon
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the boat is provided. As soon as the chef's magic words "Food is ready!" ring out, the salon becomes the meeting place for hungry water sports enthusiasts. Guests will find a range of different dishes at the buffet. Tornado Surf Center is happy to cater to vegetarian, vegan, lactose, or gluten-free diets or other allergies.
The bar offer
At the bar counter, guests will find the right drink at any time of the day: In the morning, there is an energy kick with Nespresso coffee or tea. Then soft drinks to cool down, for example, Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, or Schweppes.

Arrival by taxi
The transfer by taxi is available 24 hours. Tornado Surf Center just needs your flight details to organize the transfer. The price for the transfer varies:
- 1 person with equipment or 2 people without equipment - 35 EUR per way

- 3-4 people with or without equipment - 50 EUR per way

Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- The rest of the payment should be paid 15 days before arrival.
