Below you will find the schedule for a classic day with Surfintrip Academy. The schedule is subject to change based on weather and sea conditions and customer needs.
Pick up and transfer
The instructors will pick up the students at the accommodation for the transfer to the spot where the course will take place.
During the briefing, the instructors will talk about Surfintrip, themselves, the day’s schedule (sea and weather conditions, surf spot of the day, etc.) and they will assign the material for each student (Tavola, leash, muta, lycra, and wax).
Development of the course at the spot chosen according to weather and sea conditions and the level of surfing group will take around two hours and will include:
General warm up and functional exercises
Theoretical and practical lessons on the beach
Entering the water under the supervision of the instructor and the students will put into practice what has been explained in the beach
Break: the duration is about 10 to15 minutes and is a good way to rest, recuperate, and try to correct mistakes
Back in the water: the goal of this phase is to repeat technical movements learned and try to implement the tips
Video: a video camera will follow your waves (for all those who get more than one day)
End of course: cool-down, stretching, and feedback on the course
Back to the surf academy and accommodation
The last phase is dedicated to video analysis of the session that has just ended. Your instructors will analyze the critical issues to focus on in the next session and will give you all possible advice. This step can also take place the next day. You will then go back to the accommodation.
