With over a decade of yoga practice, she guides regenerative retreats that blend yoga, surf, and conscious living, promoting environmental awareness and well-being.

Kel is a certified somatic facilitator, transformation coach, best-selling author, and speaker, devoted to helping women heal relational trauma as well as break free from survival patterns.
