About Surf with Suri
Suri Barrera is a native Salvadoran, an ISA-certified Surf Coach and surf instructor, and a trusted local tour guide with over 12 years of guiding experience.

Suri Barrera
Suri is a native Salvadoran, ISA surf coach and surf instructor certified. She has been a tour guide for 12 years. She started surfing later in life (10 years surfing), and she probably knows almost everyone at each spot you go to with her. Her passion for surfing has led her to start a surfing foundation named Hijas del Mar for young girls learning how to surf and host surf and adventure trips in El Salvador. The members of Hijas del Mar will be available to carry out a joint activity where we will share experiences to talk about surfing among women and across different cultures.
