Annika Sternegger
Anni is an ISA-certified surf instructor, sports mental coach, and fitness trainer. Her approach blends the mental and physical aspects of surfing to help you build a strong body and mindset for a balanced foundation to grow on and off the board.
Daisy Wennekers
Daisy is a certified yoga instructor (RYT 500+), physiotherapist with a master’s degree in psychosomatic physiotherapy, pilates instructor, and reiki facilitator. She brings a deep passion for guiding people through physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual transformation.
