"Incredible Kitesurfing week!"
I was immediately met with a warm welcome, and as a beginner I had a great week learning with Jana and Jhon. They were very professional and encouraged me to get up on the board for the first time, so glad I booked.
They made it a lot of fun and had a lot patience with me, I had some lessons previously that were a very different contrast to their expertise and equipment. I'm so grateful to have a restored confidence and now eager to go again.
I stayed at the hostel Sulok, it's a nice friendly place to come back to of an evening and to meet other people and chat.
I also took some surfing lessons which were nice balance in between.
Thanks Gwendall and Pako for surfing and encouragement!
I had such a good time thank you so much for a memorable week, see you all again soon

Learning strapless was easy with Johns coaching. I am an experienced twintip rider, but wanted to shorten the learning curve with strapless. John evaluated my stance and gave me instruction and a few exercises. He knows his strapless, and really enjoys teaching it. He made sure I was on the right equipment for the conditions, and had a great time.

Fabulous day climbing, thoroughly enjoyed by all of us (including our 11 and 15 year old kids). Our first climb - not our last !! Jana and Jhon knew their stuff and were very patient. We got lost getting there but they were brilliant and just waited....they were so generous with their time, we spent much longer than the quoted time.
Ironically, we weren't planning on climbing - we wanted to kite surf but arrived when the winds were too strong. No regrets at all though...
Thanks so much, we had such a lovely day. Fantastic English too !

It sure was an amazing experience! Pata Negra and Tarifa were absolutely the right choices for me. I wish I could have stayed longer. Not only because of the activities, but also the awesome people I have met, nice and clean hostel, the awesome location.
I went for a kitesurf course package (6 nights, 12 hours lessons), which was handled and instructed by Jana. She speaks very well English and she did always her best to be understandable. Unluckily there was nobody to combine the lessons with, so (lucky for me) I got private lessons. The lessons were very well constructed and explained in a patient way, so you can become an independent kitesurfer. In case of need also nicely improvised. Unluckily there was not enough steady wind for the last lesson. Instead we went for a challenging mountain bike ride, which I really enjoyed and can recommend. For the last day, I booked a climbing course. It sure was a beautiful spot to climb. Thx Gwendal!
Thank you all for your hospitality! It really felt like one big family, I really hope to meet you all again.

What an excellent experience. I returned to Tarifa to learn to kite and Jhon and Jani were the best people to help me get started. Aside from being extremely nice and hilarious people, their instruction was perfect to help me progress through the skills of kiting. I really look forward to returning (again) to Tarifa to shred with the two Js. Thanks for everything, guys!
