Day 1: Arrival & Welcome
Upon arrival in Nosara, a warm greeting awaits at the tranquil hotel, providing the perfect place to relax and refresh after the journey. Take a leisurely stroll along Pelada Beach, renowned for its stunning natural beauty and serene atmosphere. Later, an informative orientation session offers insider tips on transportation, safety, and must-visit destinations. There will also be an opportunity to customize the retreat with optional adventures for Day 4.

Day 2: First Surf Lesson
After a delicious Costa Rican breakfast, meet the surf coach for the first lesson at Guiones Beach. Enjoy a scenic 15-minute trail walk from Pelada Beach, a perfect chance to breathe in the ocean air and gently warm up. Whether a complete beginner or refining skills, this first session sets the stage for an incredible surf journey. Afterward, unwind at the hotel or explore the vibrant scene at Guiones Norte.
Day 3: Surf Lesson & Go Hard
