Functional training sessions focus on building functional strength, especially in your core, paddling muscles, and legs, helping you generate more power and control on your board. Improved flexibility from yoga increases your range of motion, allowing for smoother maneuvers and reducing the risk of injury.
The Vinyasa flows are intuitive and immersive, guided by sound, scent, and sensation, offering space for all levels to explore movement in a way that feels deeply personal. Guilherme Nunes
Guilherme had his first contact with surfing at the age of 7 in the coastal town of São Pedro do Estoril, Portugal, and it quickly became his way of life. He’s the founder of Bali Surf Experience and splits his time between Portugal and Bali, where he shares his love for surfing and the laid-back rhythm of island living. A certified surf coach and international surf contest judge, Guilherme combines technical expertise with a deep passion for the ocean, helping surfers of all levels build confidence, connect with nature, and break through the small details that might be holding them back.
Alina
Alina’s love for the ocean began in childhood, inspired by her father’s bodyboarding in the Atlantic. Her surfing journey took off at age 19 in France, where she mostly taught kids and teens during semester breaks. After seasons spent at the Atlantic, she traveled to Indonesia and fell in love with the tropical waves and local culture. For years, she has been living between the Indian Ocean and the Austrian Alps. Now back in Portugal, Alina guides experienced surfers, helping them discover new waves and deepen their connection to the sea.

Nestled in the green hills above Ericeira’s famous surf breaks, lies Nana House, a soulful, lovingly restored Portuguese farmhouse where warmth, charm, and calm converge. Here, the landscape itself becomes part of the practice.
