This performance surf program is designed to take your surfing to the next level - whether you're aiming to improve your maneuvers, paddle with power, or raise your wave scores. Throughout the week, you'll work with experienced coaches who specialize in technical skill development and performance training. The focus is on enhancing your control, stability, and creativity on the wave while building the confidence to push your limits.

The program includes daily surf sessions with targeted exercises to refine your maneuvers, along with land-based drills that develop strength, balance, and coordination. You’ll also learn how to read waves more effectively, choose the best lines, and improve your scoring potential.

Video analysis plays a key role in this journey. By recording and reviewing your sessions, you’ll gain valuable insights into your technique, identify areas for improvement, and see your progress in real time. The coaches will guide you through personalized feedback to help you execute maneuvers with greater precision and style.​ With small group sizes, personalized attention, and the stunning backdrop of Ericeira’s iconic surf spots, this week is all about unlocking your full surfing potential. Complementing your surfing practice, you'll enjoy yoga or functional training sessions focused on flexibility, strength, and mental focus to support your journey. Functional training sessions focus on building functional strength, especially in your core, paddling muscles, and legs, helping you generate more power and control on your board. Improved flexibility from yoga increases your range of motion, allowing for smoother maneuvers and reducing the risk of injury.

The Vinyasa flows are intuitive and immersive, guided by sound, scent, and sensation, offering space for all levels to explore movement in a way that feels deeply personal. It’s a chance to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner compass. With breathwork and meditation woven throughout, each practice becomes a space to calm the mind, improve focus, and develop breath control - key elements for maintaining composure and energy during demanding sessions.

Nestled in the green hills above Ericeira’s famous surf breaks, lies Nana House, a soulful, lovingly restored Portuguese farmhouse where warmth, charm, and calm converge. Here, the landscape itself becomes part of the practice.

Long walks through verdant countryside, morning surf sessions guided by the ocean’s rhythm, and evenings held in a warm communal home create the perfect setting for our retreat designed to reconnect with nature and dance with the rhythm of the ocean.

Set among open fields and forests, Nana House offers peaceful seclusion with effortless access to adventure. The stunning coastline and world-class reef breaks of Ribeira D’ilhas and Coxos are just minutes away by car, and the charming fishing villages of Ericeira and Ribamar are close at hand to explore. Accessible from Lisbon Airport in about 40 minutes, Nana House is the perfect calm base for surf, nature, and restoration.

Growing up in Brazil and Switzerland, he traveled the world to learn about foreign culinary delights. Elves ' favorite cuisine blends Central American and Mediterranean influences, while his expertise covers some indian disehs like and Arabic dishes too. His food is full of flavor and intention.​

By thoughtfully sourcing his ingredients and minimizing food waste, he creates a nurturing atmosphere where guests can unwind, knowing that every bite they take supports both personal wellness.​​

It is recommended to fly into Lisbon International Airport, 35 - 40 minutes south of Nana house, Ericeira.
