Guests stay in one of two traditional wooden bungalows, each just steps from the beach. Each bungalow accommodates 4 - 5 guests and features:

Fly into Minangkabau International Airport (PDG) in Padang, West Sumatra. From Padang, take the Mentawai Fast Ferry to Muara Siberut (approximately 3.5 - 5 hours). Mentawai Balcony provides boat transfer from the Siberut harbour to the resort in Peipei village. Guests are met by the host family at the harbour and assisted with luggage and transfer.
Mentawai Balcony can help arrange ferry tickets and overnight stays in Padang if needed. Please contact them in advance to coordinate travel logistics.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
