I discovered yoga early in my life, and it has been a constant source of grounding, growth, and connection ever since. With a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and years of teaching experience around the world, I guide classes that blend mindful flow, alignment, and presence, whether on the beach at sunrise or in a restorative session after a long day. Hosting retreats is my way of giving back, creating intentional experiences that combine movement, mindfulness, and adventure, helping others slow down, reconnect with themselves, and embrace the present moment.
