Latas Surf Lodge is a surf house/hostel designed for couples or groups seeking tranquility. The hostel offers double, triple, and family rooms with a decoration that invites you to spend days of total relaxation. Enjoy an intimate experience, in a peaceful environment, without giving up to all the activities that you can find in Latas Surf House.
Program
There will be six surf lessons (120 minutes) included in the price. Latas Surf offers the option for customers to rent surf equipment (board and wetsuit) in the afternoon for an additional 10 EUR. This option is only available to those who will book surf lessons in the morning. If they do not book surf lessons, they will be charged the regular rental price.
Also, Latas Surf does not have a weekly theory class. Instead, every day on the beach before the surf lesson in the water, they review theory and do warm-up and mobility exercises for surfing. On the first day, the theory will be more extensive as Latas Surf will teach everything you need to know from scratch.
Materials
Latas Surf provides a variety of different wetsuits and boards to suit your wishes, level, and the time of year. All of the material is of the highest quality and renewed frequently.
Instructors
All of the surf instructors have the certifications in ISA, TD1, and TD2.
Location
Latas Surf Lodge is located in the village of Loredo, a small but charming town with various dining options, bars, and supermarkets. It is only a 10-minute walk from the beach. In the surrounding area, notable places include the viewpoint of Santa Marina Island, the cliffs, the beach, and the natural pools of Langre, as well as Galizano Beach. These are treasures of Cantabria that are worth a visit and are no more than a 10-minute drive away.
