You will stay at Ibi Surf House, a mini hotel. The accommodation at is for one or two persons per room based on the prices listed.
You can also be accommodated at Thayri Hostel, in rooms each with four single beds, shower, and toilet for four people.
Program
Your hosts are a couple and best friends, and pride themselves on creating a welcoming, fun environment to learn surf (of course), practice yoga, and experience the local culture. You'll catch them having tea outside the shop overlooking the ocean - there's rarely an empty seat at the table because they love welcoming people from all walks of life into their little family!
What a day at the surf camp could look like:
- 08:00 - 09:00 Wake up, breakfast
- 10:00 2-hour surf lesson
- 12:00 Chill out with a tea
- 13:00 Lunch (not included) at a local restaurant - Ibi Surf House SARL will give you the local recommendation!
- 14:00 Chill out, relax, and take in the Sidi Kaouki magic
- 16:00 Activity on the beach (horse ride, camel ride, quad bike tour)
- 18:00 Sunset yoga
- 20:00 Dinner, drinks, enjoying the night with locals

Location
Sidi Kaouki is a quaint little Berber village located on the west coast of Morocco (on the Atlantic Ocean). Imagine donkeys walking the streets, cats in cafes, and dogs sleeping in the middle of the road. It's quiet, beautiful, and off the beaten path.
When you arrive there, you'll immediately feel its magic. The people are open and kind, and there's something in the air that will immediately make your worries melt away. The ocean, stars, and sun are big there. You'll feel as if they're part of you and you're part of them. Moreover, the sunsets over the ocean are dreamy and are often the centerpiece to the evenings.
You'll likely be invited to nights at the local restaurant, live music, and maybe a fire on the beach. It's an indescribable atmosphere - you'll have to feel it for yourself to understand it. Kaouki Surf School can cater to almost any dietary requirement as you'll be eating mostly in local restaurants with them. Some of their favorite foods are tagine, brochette, and fresh seafood straight from the fisherman. They also eat a lot of vegetables!

Driving directions
From Essaouira:
- Head south and follow signs to Agadir.
- You'll go through a town called Ghazoua, and keep following signs to Agadir.
From Ghazoua:
- It'll be approximately seven kilometers until the turn off to Sidi Kaouki on the right.
- Follow the road all the way until you reach Sidi Kaouki.
From the main drop-off point / arrival point / parking area in Sidi Kaouki:
- Keep following the road along the ocean for approximately 500 meters.
- The surf school is one of the first buildings after the empty lots. It's a cute blue building with Kaouki Surf School written on it.
Arrival by bus
- From Marrakech - Supratour or CTM bus to Essaouira
- From Agadir - Bus to Essaouira
- From Essaouira - Lima bus (line 2) to Sidi Kaouki leaves from Bab Doukkala (45 to 60 minutes) or Grand taxi from Bab Doukkala to Sidi Kaouki (20 minutes)
