"Surfing with Issam"
Really good experience! The whole week is really well organized by Issam. He’s really involved into the teaching and passionate about transmitting his surf knowledge. Moreover, the food, especially for dinner, is amazing! I really recommend the hostel because the vibes and people are positive and welcoming, and the terrace is the best place to spend your night talking to people from all the part of the world!

"Great week with Hang10"
Issam taught us how to read the waves and the ocean ourselves and set ourselves up properly to be able catch each wave. When the swell was low in Tamraght we travelled to other beaches along the Moroccan coast to find the best spots or Issam planned out excursions with us.
Food was great if you want to try different traditional Moroccan dishes. Issam was a top bloke and would recommend to anyone to book with him

"Super experience!"
Très belle première expérience au Maroc et en surf! Issam a une très bonne organisation , du transfert de l'aéroport, aux repas jusqu'à la planification des séances de surf. J'ai beaucoup progressé grâce à ses conseils et il m'a permis de visiter le coin comme je n'aurais pas pu le faire seule! Une belle approche de la vie locale avec de belles activités en plus du surf. Les plages sont bien adaptées à tous les niveaux.

Sehr schnelle Fortschritte als Anfänger, sehr kleine Gruppe mit unterschiedl. Niveau (3 Personen und zum Teil auch alleine) ohne den klassischen Ansatz der großen Surfschulen „angeschoben“ zu werden und mehr auf das eigenständige Trainieren, persönliche Betreuung durch Inhaber, der Ozean gibt den Tagesplan an und nicht der grob skizzierte / beispielhafte Tages-/Wochenplan

"Une superbe Semaine de surf "
Excellent séjour surf avec Hang10.
Issam notre instructeur est ultra pédagogue, patient, observateur et à l'écoute. Il sait également s'adapter aux caprices de la météo et nous trouver les meilleures plages selon les niveaux.
Nous étions un groupe de 2 à 5 personnes ce qui facilite le dialogue et permet de progresser plus rapidement.
Personnellement à force d'écoute, de bons conseils et des retours d'Issam, on comprend à la fois ce que l'on fait bien mais aussi ce que l'on fait mal. C'est dans ces moments qu'on sent une vraie progression.
Au delà du surf, Issam ne s'est pas contenté de nous transporter d'un point A à B. Il nous a également montré la côte, expliqué sa géographie, ses spécificités, sa renommée et fait goûter spécialités locales sur le chemin pour surfer.
Concernant les repas du soir, nous avons eu le droit à des mets les plus succulent les uns que les autres (tajines, pastillas, couscous, rfissa).
L'expression "après l'effort le réconfort" prend tout son sens👌🏽
Le logement est idéalement situé à tamraght dans les hauteurs de la ville.
La chambre partagée était propre et la literie confortable.
Seul bémol pour les dormeurs sensibles au bruit, le logement est juste à côté de la mosquée et le 1er appel à la prière est tôt (selon la période de l'année). Il vaut donc mieux prévoir des boules qies.
J'ai vraiment passé un excellent séjour grâce au coaching d'Issam et j'ai hâte de revenir pour m'améliorer.

"If you're serious about learning to surf"
If you're looking for a surf camp that will truly teach you how to surf—rather than just relying on a coach to push you into waves for the rest of your life—this is the one you need to choose. I've been surfing for four years now, spending 1-2 weeks each summer on the waves, always with a coach. Yet, I had never managed to consistently catch green waves on my own until I came to this surf camp.
Issam, the coach, never pushes your board for you. Instead, he teaches you the real techniques for catching waves independently, through some incredibly effective exercises that he has developed himself. By the third day of the camp, I was able to catch numerous green waves all by myself—a breakthrough I hadn’t achieved in years.
Beyond surfing, Issam took us on daily excursions to explore the surrounding area, allowing us to experience authentic Moroccan culture and breathtaking landscapes. The activities were diverse and incredibly fun, making this surf trip the most unforgettable one I've ever had.

"An Unforgettable Surf Experience with Issam"
I had my second surf experience with Issam, and I can confidently say it was completely different from my previous lessons or from what I’ve seen with other instructors on the beach. Issam never pushed the board for me but instead taught me how to observe the waves, find the correct position on the board, and catch waves independently. He helped me overcome my fear and trust my own instincts. His teaching style is personalized, perfectly balancing the needs of a beginner like me with those of my friends, who had more experience.
Aside from surfing, Issam organized a variety of activities like skateboarding, sandboarding with surfboards, and even took us to a valley to visit a unique Moroccan botanical garden. It was so much fun! The meals he arranged were diverse and full of local flavors, which added to the experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to surf with him again when I’m in Morocco!

"Wer surfen lernen möchte ist hier richtig :)"
Wer mit dem Ziel nach Marokko kommt wirklich surfen zu lernen ist hier richtig. Issam ist ein sehr guter Coach der auf deine Fehler eingeht und Tipps gibt, wie man sich verbessern könnte.
Das Essen ist zu 100% Marokkanisch und Authentisch, Mittags gibts das Essen sogar am Strand (Vegetarisch relativ wenig Abwechslung aber dennoch gut).
Das Hostel ist etwas weiter oben gelegen aber trotzdem noch Fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, Handtuch wurde bereitgestellt und Abends konnte man die Abende gut auf der Dachterrasse ausklingen lassen.
Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 5 Personen da wir außerhalb der Saison gekommen sind, war quasi wie eine kleine Familie.
Kann das Surfcamp auf jeden fall empfehlen :)

"Great first surfing experience"
I just got wonderful holidays in the surfing camp! It was my first time surfing.
Isaam started with teaching us all about surfing theory, which was super helpful. He showed us how to spot the right waves and how to catch them, which made everything so much easier. One of the coolest parts was when he used video analysis to show us what we were doing right and where we could improve. It really helped me fix my mistakes.
Isaam was not just a great instructor, but also a really friendly guy. He shared lots of interesting facts about the local culture, which made the whole experience even better. I loved learning more about Morocco and its traditions.
All in all, this surfing camp was amazing.

"Great experience"
I think what was the most important thing for me is the quality of teaching surfing. And here with Isaam it was really amazing. He has his own way of teaching, always ready to help you. He would not get tired of explaining me again and again the same thing. I think it is important that the instructor is passionate for his job and he really enjoys doing that. I appreciate all the additional time in the evening when he would discuss and watch with me videos of surfing. Also, I learned a lot about Moroccan culture.
The food was great as well. I enjoy learning and tasting different foods.
Accommodation was good, the hostel had an amazing view of the town.
Excursions were interesting too.
Overall, I think and I hope that I will be able to come back in January to learn here again.

"Fantastic Surf Camp Experience!"
I recently attended a surf camp and it turned out to be better than I expected! The combination of theory and practice was well-balanced, and Issam, the instructor, was fantastic. I stayed in a hostel, which, while not perfect, was quite satisfactory. The breakfasts there were very good, and the terrace with its amazing view was a great spot to start the day.
The tour organization was really good, and I had no issues whatsoever. Also I enjoyed the one-day trip to explore the beautiful Moroccan nature. The surfing itself was great, and the lunches and dinners provided were perfect. Considering the overall experience, it was definitely good value for the price, and the equipment provided was in a good condition.

"Unforgettable week"
I really appreciated the quality of the surf lessons and the balance between surf, other activities, and resting time. The organization was well done !
The surf instructor is passionate for surfing and is willing to help his students. I learned a lot during this camp, and whenever I had questions Issam was willing to listen and provide clarification/explanation. He was also flexible and helping when we wanted to plan something external from the surf camp, that was really appreciated.
I also appreciated the all-inclusive system where breakfast, lunch and dinner are organized. I didn't have to worry about being hungry and I discovered many tasty Moroccan dishes. That was amazing.
Overall it was a good investment and would totally recommend it !

"Unique and Unforgettable Experience"
My week with Hang10 exceeded all expectations! As a solo female traveler I was a little nervous going into the experience not knowing what to expect but even before joining the camp I knew I was in good hands with the way they took care of everything and utmost professionalism. After meeting Issam, I immediately felt safe and comfortable. His passion for surfing and Moroccan culture was so contagious, I learned so much. Agadir is filled with tons of surfers offering training but are not actually trained to be instructors. Issam is not like that. He is a skilled coach who has clearly invested a lot into his own education as an instructor and it shows. From the theory, to safety, to the practical application, Issam had a method and his focus was on getting his students to learn to surf for themselves and not simply hold the board for you. I learned surfing is a lot harder than I thought, but left with a passion and determination to improve. Apart from surfing, the accommodation, the food, and the excursions were top notch. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into curating the best and most authentic experience possible while making sure everyone is comfortable and having fun. I personally didn’t find good Moroccan food on my own but all the traditional food that Issam introduced us to was some of the most delicious I’ve ever had. My takeaway from this trip was a highly unique and unforgettable experience that made me want to plan my next trip back as soon as I left :)

"sehr tolles marokkanisches Erlebnis"
Es war eine richtig tolle Woche mit Issam im Hang10 SurfCamp, die sich sehr viel länger als eine Woche angefühlt hat, weil wir so viel erlebt haben. Nicht nur der Surfunterricht war super - Issam ist wirklich ein sehr guter Lehrer - die Ausflüge, die im Package enthalten sind, runden den ganzen Aufenthalt nochmal ab. Außerdem hat Issam uns auch sehr viel über marokkanische Traditionen und die Geschichte erzählt. Man hat gemerkt, wie sehr er selbst davon begeistert ist. Das Essen war auch hervorragend - jeden Abend gab es ein anderes marokkanisches Gericht. Obwohl zur Zeit Ramadan war, als wir dort waren, hat Issam uns bestmöglich umsorgt und uns Tips gegeben, was man noch so alles um und in Tamraght machen kann. Eins meiner Highlights war ein Lagerfeuer am Strand mit der Gitarre, was Issam für uns organisiert hat. Insgesamt war es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und ich empfehle Issam und sein Camp auf jeden Fall weiter und würde auch gern wieder kommen :D

"Gerne wieder! "
Nach einer Woche eines unglaublich erlebnisreichen Camps an der wunderschönen Küste Marokkos können wir dieses nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Wir sind zu zweit angereist und waren die meiste Zeit auch nur mit dem Surflehrer Issam unterwegs, da sich der Zeitraum unseres Camps nur teilweise mit der Buchung anderer überschnitten hat. Dadurch konnten wir nicht nur beim Surfen schnell Fortschritte machen, sondern haben auch super viel über das Land und die marokkanische Kultur gelernt. So gut wie jeden Tag haben wir einen anderen Surfspot erkundet, zu dem wir meist 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren sind. Issam ist super aufgeschlossen und unkompliziert, hat viel erzählt und wir hatten super viel Spaß bei den gemeinsamen Ausflügen oder auch, wenn man abends mal länger noch zusammensaß.
In dem Hostel, in dem wir gewohnt haben, haben wir uns auch super wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ein gemütliches Zimmer zu zweit, in dem meistens das WLAN funktionierte, nur auf Handtücher mussten wir verzichten. Hier haben wir außerdem viele andere jungen Menschen aus der ganzen Welt kennengelernt.
Mit am meisten hat uns zudem das traditionelle marokkanische Essen begeistert! Von dem gemeinsamen Frühstück im Hostel über leckere Lunchpakete am Strand bis hin zu abwechslungsreichen Abendessen auf der Dachterrasse des Hostels oder in einem kleinen Lokal im Ort - wir wurden bestens verpflegt!
Also insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung, wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

"Good Surfing Class with a traditional Moroccon Experience"
I've been to Hang10 Surfcamp with a friend.
We slept in a nice Hostel with a very nice terrace. There we had very delicious Moroccon breakfast each morning. After that we surfed, had lunch and depending on the day, either had a second surfsession or a daytrip afterwards. The Trips to the Paradise Valley and to a small desert to sandsurf were both great. So were the normal surfing days aswell. We didn't have much surf experience yet but our teacher Issam helped us to get better. In the evenings we went to a very delicious Moroccon Dinnerplace and always had very tasty traditional food.
Hang10 Surf camp was a great experience!
Plus: The Hostel is also nice for skaters

"Great camp with knowledgeable local guide"
Issam was full of energy, really knowledgeable about the area and waves, and seemed genuinely stoked by surfing and hanging with guests. Top bloke and gave some good tips. Went out of their way to help with annoying little things like booking bus tickets and fixing a massive hole that mysteriously appeared in my board after one session. Great waves and weather, and excellent local food 3x/day - can't complain at that!

"Surf Training"
1. Excellent Surf Coaching: The surf coaching provided is of high quality, with a professional coach, Issam, who is passionate and knowledgeable about the sport. Trustworthy guidance in the water is assured. You are not pushed into the waves like most of the coaches but he really teaches you surfing.
2. Delicious Food: The food offered is super good, featuring a variety of Moroccan dishes. breakfast is really good and at the hostel, lunch is at the beach, and dinners are always in the same very good local restaurant.

"Surf paradise in Tamraght"
There was a very chill and welcoming atmosphere at the surfcamp. We felt taken very good care off by Issam, our surf instructor, and the other people at the camp. Everyone was very kind!
We didn’t expect to meet so many people but we were very pleased to make so many friends.
The surf lessons were adjusted to your level and Issam gave us a lot of feedback on how to improve our surfing.
The village where we stayed in the hostel is very cosy and chill, there are a few surfshops and cozy café’s where you can get after surf snacks if you would like :)

This was a lovely getaway for me and my surfing improved in the week that I was there! The hostel is tucked away in a quieter part of Tamraght but still just a taxi ride away from the Taghazout city center, which was a great area to explore, especially the skate park. It was great to try different Moroccan dishes every night as well. Overall, the camp's coordination of rides, meals, and excursions made the whole experience very comfortable.

"Learning with friends ! "
The ambiance of the Hang10 group ! All of them are amazing, you feel like at home ! You can go alone, and you’ll be surrounded by amazing, smart and kind people! The decoration of the hostel is beautiful, the safety in the beach, the streets are incredible!
And Issam is one of the best teacher that I know to learn surf ! It was a wonderful experience and I’ll go back !!!

Obwohl ich last minute gebucht hatte, war ich bereits vor Reiseantritt positiv überrascht, wie schnell Anna jeweils zurückschrieb, was Gold wert war. Überhaupt, alles was irgendwie mit Organisation zu tun hatte, klappte stets einwandfrei, angefangen beim Flughafentransport zur Unterkunft im Hotel Surf One bis zur Massagebuchung im Hammam.
Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber, die Dusche (im Ausland nicht immer eine Selbstverständlichkeit) verfügte über ordentlich Druck und steht meiner zuhause in nichts nach.
Leckeres Abendessen gibts jeweils im fussläufigen (nur 5 Min) lokalen Restaurant, wo einem die ganze Palette der marokkanischen Küche
aufgetischt wird: verschiedene Tajines, Couscous, Crèpe, Pastilla etc.
An die unterschiedlichen Strände gehts jeweils in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Issam ist ein super Surflehrer. Mit viel Geduld schaut er sich jeden Ride an und gibt dann die nötigen Tipps, was zu korrigieren ist, damit es beim nächsten Mal besser klappt. Übung macht bekanntlich den Meister :-)
Der Ausflug in die Dünen zum Sandboarding ist mir ebenfalls in positiver Erinnerung geblieben.
Fazit: Isaam und Anna sind tolle Gastgeber, denen das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt.

"Immer wieder gern"
Sehr warmer Empfang durch das Team des Cozy Surf Hostel und dem Surflehrer Issam.
Besonders positiv war der Housekeeper Mohammed, der mit seiner freundlichen und positiven Art stets gute Laune verbreitete und beim Frühstück keine Wünsche offen lies.
Auch die Offenheit und Kontaktfreudigkeit der der lokalen Gäste, Skater, etc. die sich immer wieder in der Loung auf dem Dach trafen war für mich als allein reisender sehr positiv.
