"Great place and overall great people "

The rooms are big and and have very nice outside bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable and there are universal plugs next to them, so you do not need an adapter! All the people working in the retreat except Kasun and Kumar are around in the morning and during dinner time, which makes you feel like being part of a big lovely family. All of them were very nice (except Richi). Dinner takes place at a large table and everybody is chatting and enjoying the amazing food freshly prepared by a super friendly bunch of locals who are always smiling. The yoga lessons are given by Tess who Is a lovely upbeat person who always spread good energy. She tailored the classes to our needs and made every morning session worth it. After breakfast (which is delicious) you go of to a beach for the surf lessons. The surf lesson is organized and lead by Richi who is a grumpy guy for Portugal who will shout at you at times and is abusive, if you ask me. He does not explain a lot - because there are theory lessons after the surf where he will give you tips and general information. In my personal opinion he should not be dealing with people in any capacity. He was rude during surf lessons and spread only negative vibes. Kasun and Kumar are super nice and helpful. I tried to evaluate the place by taking Richi out of the picture because I think it would be unfair for the hole place otherwise.
