small groups / tailored 1-on-1 lesson, coach could focus more on progress of each person; free use of equipments outside lessons to practice on your own; locations of both surf house and store are fantastic, easy access to restaurants, groceries, and even bus station.

I had a great time at G3 everyone was very friendly and helpful: Francisco, was great as an instructor, always given advices and try to accommodate to your need.

The accommodation was great I was lucky enough to be alone in the room with my own bathrooms. Which made a huge difference.

Kitchen was well stocked.

I cannot really rate food but there was nice place with amazing food around.

I will definitely book it again if I go back to Peniche

Francisco Anastacio is a pleasure to have coaching! He's technical and observant of what to do and how to modify. I also enjoyed the pictures taken and sent at the end of a session. We were only there for 3 surf lessons, but I appreciated the tips and feedback from Francisco along the way.

There was no food provided but the house was right beside a grocery store, we had a kitchen and lots of restaurants nearby.

Awesome team at G3Store Surf Centre.

Learned so much from the coaching and i had a very comfortable stay at the accomodation. Will be back for sure!

Accommodation is next to the sea and short walking distance from the surf school. Staff of the G3Store is very friendly and instructors are very precise and supportive. After the lessons you can continue surfing and practise more by yourself. I had 10 lessons as a first time surfer and I really enjoyed my stay and learned a lot thanks to my instructors Francisco and Sara!

The instructors are really focused on helping you improve on your surfing and they teach it so you could continue on by yourself after the camp has ended. The common areas of the house are very comfortable to chill out and the kitchen has everything one could need.

Overall I would recommend this camp to anyone who really wants to make progress with their surfing.

Had an over all amazing stay. Everything from the house to the staff and the other guests was great. I felt taken care of very well, both at the house and on the water. Didn't even know there was a video analysis included with the lessons - really helpful. Can't rate the food since that's not included, but the kitchen had most of what you'd need, and there's a supermarket across the street. Can't recommend it enough, will come again

I loved the hospitality. Especially the trainers who are really giving everything to make the best out of the surf experience and also the guys on the reception, who gave very good advice about the weather, the board and more. And also thanks to João for making everything possible and for the flexible extending of our stay. If I am visiting Peniche again, I am definitely going to book this surfcamp again for sure. The best part of the surfcamp was the small groups for the classes which made it feel like a private lesson. I never had more than 5 people in my surf classes and the teachers were always giving everyone advice and suggestions to improve their surfing. Furthermore, only half of the beds in the accomodation were booked so the house felt very cozy compared to most hostels.

Great accommodation located just next to the beach with terrace overlooking the ocean. The staff are great guys who are always happy to help and did their best to make my stay enjoyable. The house has everything to cook your own food and the supermarket is just 1 minute away.

Sara is an amazing coach, very knowledgeable and provides spot on advice and feedback.

To our surprice we had pretty much a whole apartment to our self, as there was only one other surfer there at the time, and we loved that! Sara is a great teacher and has a very cool personality, we loved our surfing lessons with her. The location is great, as close to the beach as you can get. I would definitely recommend a stay at G3! I really do not have any complaints, everything was wonderful, especially the staff who were all chill and very helpfull

Joao was a very communicative and helpful host, and the hostel was in great condition. It’s located super close to the school, and a big supermarket and a lovely lunch cafe. And of course the beach!

Francisco was a calm and generous coach. I had not been surfing for more years than I intended due to lockdowns, and I found I learnt more than in previous surf camps due to his level of attention.

If I could stay and do the same routine everyday for weeks/months, I would!

I would also recommend walking around the peninsula of Peniche, which is about 11km, it’s a beautiful trail. If you start at the hostel and follow the path round, it’s ends in the harbour by the old fort for well earned drinks/dinner.

I was supposed to stay one week, ended up staying two... I guess that pretty much sums it up!

The house is amazing, twenty steps from the beach (I didn't count them, but that must be it); a surf family approach, I really felt like I was part of the group; the yoga classes at the beach while the sun is rising - magical btw; and a wonderful atmosphere in the house - btw, if you are in doubt between just taking lessons or doing the surfcamp, definitely do the surfcamp! I had more fun sharing moments with those people - It's a plus for sure!

I still have a few characters left to talk about Sara - the best surfcoach I've ever had! She really looks at your surfing and analyzes it in detail, gives you tons of tips and feedback that gives you confidence to go outside on your own. Whether you are learning or taking your surfing to the next level, here you learn from the best.

I loved learning to surf, the instructors were most helpful and very welcoming in to their country. Everyone at G3 surf camp were amazing, joao, Francisco, Tiago and Katarina, I loved them all.

To start, the accomodation was beautiful, bright, clean, and right by the ocean! I had a 3-bed room and private bathroom all to myself for the entire week; the kitchen was well equipped and taken care of, and the balcony was very nice.

I've done other surf camps in Peniche and other parts of Portugal, and Francisco is by far the most detailed, thoughtful, and knowledgeable instructor I have had. He gives continuous feedback, pushes you to to improve, and explains the theory behind exercises, which is critical. After a week, my surfing improved tremendously and I now feel confident to chase (smaller) green waves on my own.

Like all surf camps it was a lot of fun. However, what made it special compared to other camps was the small class size and the individualized training of techniques. The principle of this surfing school is too have maximum five students per session and all of these on the same level. The surf teacher will analyze your pattern and will help you in this way to improve your skills. Here, you can improve faster your skills.

Overall I had really amazing experience. From first contact until the end. Everyone wad realy helpful, friendly and funny. Surfing lessons were really structured, taking time to explain, giving good feedback. Is just so much more than just ok, go surf and bye until next time. Instructors were making shure that you understand and feel what surfing is. They guide you to whole process. i will definitely come back

The people from the surfschool have been very nice, especially João, the owner of the surf school and the surf house. He gave us a lot of his time showing us Peniche, a factory store and Baleal. Also it's a very good value for money. The surf house is nice with lots of space and a well equipped kitchen. And it's just 6min walking away from the supermarket. Peniche is a very pretty city.
