Kitesurfing course
This two-week kitesurfing course runs from Monday to Friday at about 15:00. The course will run for 12 hours and is divided into three parts.
Part 1
The course will take place on the beach. You will learn safety rules, theory, equipment, and kite flying. Your target is to be able to safely set up a kite, launch, and land with assistance, controlling, and steering the kite.
Part 2
You will start to get onto the water to practice self-re-launch of the kite and body drag. It will be being pulled through the water using the power produced by the wind in the kite. Your target is to be able to re-launch and steer the kite on the water, fly the kite in all areas of the wind window, maintain power and speed until you can body drag one-handed.
Part 3
This part is about the lesson on board and kite combined. You will learn the theory of waterstarts and practice on the water. This lesson will be done in pairs.
Certification
At the completion of the course, you will receive a certificate confirming the level reached.
Skill level
This kitesurfing course is not only for beginners. Advanced kitesurfers can also join this activity. The advanced kitesurfers' level can be integrated into running courses or get tailor-made lessons according to own needs. For example: jumping, transition, tricks, etc. This will be done within the group.
Spanish course
The Spanish course is for non-beginners. There will be four lessons daily (50 minutes each) in which the four skills which are listening, speaking, reading, and writing are integrated with a practical approach and communicative practice. The lesson will start from Monday to Friday at 09:30 to 13:30. Your half-hour break is at 11:30. The classes consist of a maximum of eight students.
