Surf Cabins
One of the best options at Somo price-quality-proximity. It is located just 100 meters from the Cantabrian surf school and the beach. This is ideal for surfers and beach lovers. It has single, double, triple, and quadruple rooms, all equipped with private bathrooms, television, and Wi-Fi.
In front, there is a supermarket. You have all kinds of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops a few meters from the entrance to the hotel, a thousand places to eat rich and cheap, Cantabria Infinita.
Program
Escuela Cántabra De Surf Quicksilver Roxy, since 1991, was the first surfing school in Spain.
During this surf camp, you will benefit from four-hour surfing lessons every day. All the surfing materials are included during the lessons and can be rented for the rest of the day.
Escuela Cantabra De Surf Quicksilver Roxy has polyester and epoxy shortboards and longboards of all sizes, as well as softboards. You can also rent SUP, bodyboard, skate, longskate, and carvers.
Class schedules:
During the months of July and August, lessons are held at different hours, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
During the rest of the months, you have lessons in the morning from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Instructors
David Garcia
David “Capi” García is a former Spanish champion and free surfer and has been competing and traveling around the world for over 30 years. For the last 24 years, he has been focusing on teaching surfing. He wants to share his knowledge and love for the ocean with everyone, and let everyone know the magic of the surfing experience.
Nachete García
Nachete is the deputy director of the Cantabrian Surf School. He has been surfing and competing since 1990. He is a superior surfing technician (Spanish Federation), a surfing technician level I and II (Cantabra Federation), a superior technician in aquatic rescue and in first aid (Spanish Federation), among others.
Sergio Lopez
Sergio is a surf instructor of Escuela Cantabra De Surf Quicksilver Roxy.
Marta Ruiz
Marta is a surf instructor of Escuela Cantabra De Surf Quicksilver Roxy.
Javier Fernandez

Location
This holiday will take place in Playa de Somo, Cantabria, Spain. The Playa de Somo is located within the first natural reserve of surf in Spain. To talk about Somo beach is to talk about surfing.
The first surfboards, the first wetsuits, the first surf shop, and the first surf school in Spain were born here, and there are a great culture and tradition of surfing among the local surfers.
Somo beach is one of the referring surf spots in Cantabria. It is one of the most consistent beaches in Spain because it is oriented to the open sea and receives good waves throughout the year.

Accommodation at the Surf Cabins does not provide meals.

The area offers a variety of activities, such as routes by the cliffs, tourism to know the cultural heritage, and hiking. From the city council of Ribamontán to the sea, there are animation and cultural celebrations every weekend. With Cabácerno, Santander, and its new Botín Center nearby, there are a thousand things to see and do in Cantabria.

From England, take a boat Plymouth to Santander, and then a boat to Somo.
