Julia Müller-Schwenn
E.Ala.Mai is founded and led by Julia, a visionary retreat creator, yoga instructor, surf instructor, and holistic therapist. She is the main guide and instructor throughout each Surf & Yoga Experience, personally holding the space and guiding participants on and off the mat and in the ocean. Her approach is intuitive and grounded, weaving together yoga, meditation, surf, and holistic practices to support reconnection, strength, and inner clarity. All meals are curated by Julia in co-creation with an experienced local chef. Menus vary from retreat to retreat.
