Sofia Ballard
Sofia’s approach is rooted in the intersection between body and mind. As a strength coach and psychologist, she guides processes that go beyond the physical—working with people who want to inhabit themselves fully and feel rooted through conscious movement.
Nina Manich
Born in the Pyrenees, Spain, Nina’s yoga journey began as a personal search for meaning and freedom. Her 800-hour Jivamukti certification and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga training create safe, inclusive, and healing spaces for transformation.
Location
Cabo Matapalo is the tip of the Osa Peninsula. It is located 40 minutes from Puerto Jimenez, at the mouth of the Golfo Dulce. This area is known for the amazing concentration of wildlife combined with beautiful beaches and coves.
The southern Pacific coast of Costa Rica has long been known as the remote jewel of Costa Rica. The Osa Peninsula, of which half is protected by a national park and local and international private reserves, is considered to be one of the most biologically diverse places on the planet.
Food
Food is always a huge part of our lives and a wonderful part of any travel experience, especially when visiting a new place. As you disconnect in the wild, Del Mar Adventures wants you to connect with the local culture and discover new flavors with them.
They love giving an unexpected culinary experience. The menu is as vibrant and alive and fresh as the wildlife and jungle around you. From traditional Gallo pinto with sweet caramelized plantains to coconut tico ceviche and locally grown herb-crusted Mahi Mahi with passion fruit butter, the Latin American fusion menu will delight your palate.
