Lessons include instruction on the use of the wing, followed by getting the confidence needed for the maneuvers with a stand up paddle, and finally, getting to use the foil board.
Start the day with a coffee at the beach or at the swimming pool (depending on the chosen accommodation), followed by a breakfast and once the wind kicks in, you get into the course. The 6 hours course is split over 4 days. Please note that schedule is indicative and depending on personal progress pace.
Day 1 of lesson: You will learn to fly the wing on the beach, learning the right body positions, and simulating maneuvers on land before getting in the water on the stand up paddle to try all of them out.
Day 2 of lesson: Get onto the Stand-Up Paddle with your wing and reproduce all maneuvers until competency
Day 3 of lesson: Learn to use the hydrofoil board with the same maneuvers as on the SUP.
Day 4 of lesson: Start to fly with the hydrofoil board.
