Best surf camp for longboarding

I had a perfect vacation at Ahoy surf house.

Riki is a truly kind host and a really talented and committed surf coach.

He adapted to the swell conditions to offer me the best surf experience, adapted to my surf level, and have me the best advices.

Excellent Surf Camp

I stayed at the Ahoy Surf House for 6 nights. The accommodation had everything I needed and was close to Ferrel and Peniche.

I did 3 surf classes with Riki, including one video session. I improved a lot with Riki and caught my best ever wave (so far). He knows the area intimately and ensured we got the best waves for my skill and kept me safe.

I did 3 yoga classes at the Alma yoga studio in Ferrel (close to the house). The studio is very nice, clean and welcoming. Both my teachers were fantastic (thanks Marije and Tania), I'll need to do a lot more yoga when I get home.

Riki also gave me good advice on interesting places to drive to nearby on the days where the weather didn't allow for good surfing.

An excellent camp, would recommend.

Riki, thank you for being such a great host during my yoga and surf week in your house. I had everything what I needed and Marcelo and you made sure I feel welcomed and home.

Also thank you for the fun surfing lesson. Definitely found a new passion for me :)

During the breathing class you supported me to leave my comfort zone. That was amazing.

I for sure will come back! Hopefully I can manage next year
