Program
Day 1:
Arrival day. We'll pick you up from Virac Airport or the seaport. This is a rest day to help you recover from your journey and prepare for the activities ahead.
Day 2 - 5:
Your surf lessons begin with a personal instructor guiding you through 5 days of surf training during high tide, with lesson times adjusting as the tides shift each day.
Excursions:
- Sunrise Hike at Binurong Point: Experience a peaceful morning hike to Binurong Point to watch the sunrise over Catanduanes.
- Chasing Waterfalls at Nahulugan Falls and Bahaw River: A day of adventure as we visit Nahulugan Falls and explore the surrounding Bahaw River.
Yoga Sessions:
- Your yoga classes will complement your surf lessons, taking place either in the morning or afternoon.
Evenings:
- Relax with beachside bonfires, stargazing, card games, or drinks with the locals and the team.
Drone Footage:
- On your final surf session, we will capture drone footage to commemorate your surfing journey.
Day 6:
- A farewell dinner will be organized to celebrate your time with Majestic Puraran Beach Resort and express gratitude.
Day 7:
- Departure day. You will be escorted to the airport or seaport to see you off as you conclude your surf retreat.
- This itinerary combines adventure, relaxation, and unforgettable experiences in Catanduanes.

Sunrise Hike at Binurong Point: On one of the mornings, you'll hike up to Binurong Point to catch the breathtaking sunrise over Catanduanes.
Chasing Waterfalls at Nahulugan Falls and Bahaw River: A day trip dedicated to exploring the stunning Nahulugan Falls and the surrounding Bahaw River.
Visit the Catanduanes Museum to learn about the island's rich history, explore the historic Bato Church built during the Spanish era, and wander around downtown Virac, discovering charming local cafés and restaurants

Edmond Tanael is one of newest part of Majestic Family. He been a surf instructor for almost 12 years. He is started surfing since 8 years old and actively joining surfing competition. He have certificate of red cross for life saving life guard training.
Ron Micheal Medallo
Ron Micheal of the youngest surf instructor at Majestic Family. He still currently studying at University. He been surf instructor 3 years now and currently attending for life saving training.
Justin Rodriguez
Justin is actively joining surf competition and been surf instructor/coach for 8 years now.
Kissy Tanael
Kissy Tanael has been the booking manager at Majestic Puraran since 2017. In 2022, she became the founder of Puraran Wahines Surf Retreat. With a background as a surf instructor, surf organizer, and involvement in the Puraran Surf Association, she brings a wealth of experience to her role.
Location
You will enjoy surfing in Puraran Beach, an isolated cove in Baras, Catanduanes, Philippines. Majestic Puraran Beach Resort is around two meters from the beach, so be sure you will enjoy the sea view in all its resplendence. The beach has its own swells coming in from the Pacific that break on an offshore reef.
The “Majestic” is one of the fastest, most hollow, and most right-handed barrels in the world. The term was coined by Hawaiian photographer, Warren Bolster, in the June 1988 issue of California-based Surfer Magazine. Locals say that on a good day, the waves can reach more than six feet and even higher during the typhoon season.
