Surf Camp Nicaragua
Whether you are an absolute beginner or an intermediate surfer, or somewhere in between, Wes, the Head Surf instructor and his amazing surf coaches will work with you to hone your skills so that you leave Verdad with newfound knowledge, and a love of both surfing and Nicaragua. After assessing your skill level and goals, you’ll start out each day on the ground reviewing theory and technique. Then you'll go to whichever local beach break offers the best surf conditions, and will work on and off the water, paying close attention to each person’s level of expertise, and working with you to make sure you have a blast on the waves.

At Verdad you will experience luxury without pretense. You'll stay in either beautifully appointed Ocean View Cabinas or in the Pool side Rooms.
Casitas or Ocean View Cabinas are nestled into the hillside with open views of the Pacific Ocean. They all have a queen-size bed, an indoor daybed large enough for a third guest, a ceiling fan, a private deck and outdoor shower as well as a full bathroom with showers that boast ocean views, gorgeous tiles hand-made in Nicaragua and rain showerheads.
Pool Rooms are poolside with full-size beds and private bathrooms. Each room has a ceiling fan and air conditioning. They overlook the valley below.

Wesley Bermudez
Wesley Bermudez of La Escuelita Surf School is an amazing surf coach. Wes is bi-lingual and has 8 years of experience teaching and surfing all the breaks in Nicaragua. His genuine love of surfing and of his country is contagious. Whether you are an absolute beginner or an intermediate surfer, or somewhere in between, Wes will work with you to hone your skills so that you leave Verdad with newfound knowledge, and a love of both surfing and Nicaragua.

Verdad is situated in the hills overlooking the beautiful sandy beach of Playa Escameca. They are on the Pacific side of Nicaragua, just north of Costa Rica and 20-25 minutes south of the town of San Juan del Sur.

In this camp, you'll be served with early riser pre-surf lite breakfast, a full breakfast, and dinner. Verdad at Costa Dulce uses their local farmer’s market for produce. They also get their seafood right from their shores to prepare meals in their on-site kitchen that are simple, delicious, and fresh. Meals are served in the indoor dining area overlooking the ocean or at the poolside.
