Lacey Hickox is an (E-RYT 500) and views this sacred practice as a path to self-discovery, self-love and as a divine tool to deepen your connection with spirit. She infuses her offerings with many modalities including Thai massage, Reiki, sound healing, Earth medicine, and Shamanic ceremony.

Darin Jay Lehman

Darin Jay Lehman (E-RYT 500) takes an integrative approach to his teachings, weaving modern day understandings of the world with many traditions including the yogic, shamanic and judaic paths. Darin merges the physical practice of yoga with the connection to higher Spirit, the elements and the directions while bringing the expression of Bhakti into his classes through music.

Hana Pepin

Hana Pepin lives her dharma and truth each day by the teachings of compassion and love. She has over 5,000 hours of trainings and facilitates yoga classes both on land and in the water. Hana‘s yoga is a unique and dynamic blend of creativity, strength, flexibility and relaxation. Her flows embody curiosity, playfulness, stillness and self observation to introduce mindfulness into daily life.

Karen O'Connor

Karen was introduced to the Satyananda Yoga practice at a young age by her family in Australia. Since then her yoga practice and teachings have taken her on a journey all over the world. For the past ten years, Karen has been honored to teach in the Sacred Valley of Peru, Canada, California, and Costa Rica where she resides today. Dedicated to living the yogic life and the surf life, Karen teaches full-time in various studios, ashrams, retreat centers, and yoga teacher trainings. With over 1000 hours in training, she teaches a variety of classes from Vinyasa Flow to Hatha and Yin.

Beyond any expectations

The training is amazing, I learned so much about yoga and I feel capable of giving classes now. The training is very complete and exciting. The teachers are so inspiring. The place is just amazing I had the best time there, the food is divine and I've met some great new friends from all over the world. I can only recommend. This experience changed my life for the best !

Fantastic week

It might sound exagerated, but I liked every bit of this week. Lacey and Darin organised a perfect week with different plant ceremonies and outings into the nature.

I learned many new things!

The hotel that we stayed at was amazing with a beautiful garden and rooms.

I‘d definitly join them again for a retreat!

An enlightening experience!

All of the facilitators were there every step of the way, daily live classes on Zoom were welcoming and interactive, many new friends made along the journey! Because it was from home I was able to integrate the teachings into my daily life as we progressed through the content. Now that the live portion is complete there is still time to complete the course content at your own pace (for me just the final assessment), and it is very flexible. All of the live classes are recorded and all content is available to access indefinitely so there is the option to work through all the content again if desired. It was overall a fantastic experience and highly recommend!
