Surf class are scheduled based on your experience, tides and feelings. All is adapted based on your needs. Louise is an incredible yoga teacher as well available to fit the class to your day feeling (more relaxing more dynamics and so one). I hope to come back soon and just suggest to everyone has the possibility to do it

The food, breakfast and dinner was amazing everyday.

I liked the Surfing, yassin always told us when we should wait a little bit bevor going into the water in order to surf the best waves and not waste any energy for bad waves.

We spent an amazing 6 days at Yuba Surf Camp and loved every minute of it! Yassine is an incredible host and a fantastic surf instructor being supportive, patient and always making sure everyone feels encouraged in the water.

The food was something special and absolutely delicious: fresh, healthy, homemade and honestly one of the highlights of our stay. We already miss those fruit salads with amlo!!!

Everything we needed was arranged, including transport around Tamraght and Taghazout, so we could fully relax and enjoy the vacation vibe. The camp itself was very cozy and peaceful, especially the terrace.

We also had yoga sessions with Luisa, which were exactly what we needed after long surf sessions, the perfect complement to the whole experience.

We absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for great surfing, amazing food, wonderful people, and an unforgettable vacation. Can’t wait to come back!

What can I say, staying at Yuba Surf Camp has been a life changing experience, I arrived a solo traveler left with so many good memories and new found connections, Yassine is the most down to earth friendly person in the world, he will do anything to help you if it’s surfing or just making your time better in Morocco, the place is amazing it’s much more chilled and peaceful than the bigger camps, you get more of a friendly atmosphere it’s very relaxing and away from the party vibes, everyday was such a laugh Yassine is a very talented surfer, the food is absolutely out of this world we spent the days surfing relaxing yoga sessions on the roof top with Louisa who came over to do classes, I couldn’t fault anything about my stay with Yuba Surf camp, as a beginner surfer and a new Solo Traveler I found everything really great Safe and comfortable, I would absolutely in a heartbeat come back to Yuba to chill with Yassine and make more friends and continue my surfing experience. Honestly 10/10 was great would recommend to anyone thinking about going

Yassine has become, during my stay at Yubasurf,much more than a host and instructor (although he excels at both). I consider Yassine a friend. His assistance in every aspect of my stay (surf instruction, assisting with local travel and logistics and as a host) has been exceptional. I would recommend Yubasurf to anyone interested in surfing/learning to surf in Morocco. Yassine has looked after me as if i were a member of his family. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. The food is plentiful and of excellent quality and the overall experience has been excellent. I cannot recommend highly enough!!!! Thank you Yassine!!!

Our experience with Yassine at Yuba Surf Camp was great. We really felt at home: very relaxed, provided and taken care of. He always cooks or has great food at the table, including Moroccan desserts and drinks, he keeps a great attitude and is always eager to help or chat. Surf spots were great, and Tamraght is such a safe and relaxed place. At the end of the trip we felt really happy to have stayed at Yuba, most notably thanks to Yassine's hospitality, and his cheerful and humble personality. We highly recommend anyone travelling to the area to stay with Yassine at Yuba. We hope to be back, in sha Allah!

I spent 9 days at Yuba Surf Camp and had the best time 🌞🌊 Yassine is incredibly welcoming and friendly - he makes sure everything goes smoothly and that you feel at home … from the moment you arrive, everything is taken care of. The food is amazing, the people are great, and there’s always lots of laughter. we spent most evenings talking and playing games until late. The surf camp feels full of love, authentic, and not commercial like other camps. With a maximum of eight guests, it has a very relaxed atmosphere – and feels almost like a second family. It truly is the kind of place where you forget what day of the week it is ;) Yassine is an excellent surf instructor - he always has good advice to take your surfing to the next level. He constantly adapts the daily plans to the guests needs and wishes, whether it’s going to the souk in Agadir or foodwise. i can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back ☺️

Yassine is a fantastic host who goes out of his way to provide a great introduction to both surfing and the local area for his guests. He is an experienced local surfer with a deep knowledge of the area and it's various surf spots and is passionate about sharing his love for surfing. We ate well and enjoyed authentic moroccan cuisine, including tajines, fruits and vegetables, fresh bread and pastries. Yuba surf camp has a warm family atmosphere. I cannot recommend it enough for those wanting an authentic introduction to surfing and moroccan culture.

Honestly, everything. The food was amazing, the excursions were so well organised, and the overall atmosphere was just incredible. The whole experience felt really welcoming and relaxed, with such a lovely energy throughout. It was one of those stays where everything just flows perfectly!

It’s a small friends and family run hostel, you can tell Yassine cares a lot about his guests and truly went above and beyond to make sure we all had an amazing experience. Will 100% be back

I really enjoyed my stay. Yassine was incredibly hospitable and warm. His fun and relaxed manner made the stay very pleasant. We felt very welcome and comfortable. He took care of everything, picked us up and dropped us off everywhere, always cooked fresh and delicious meals, and was a very good and patient teacher for someone who had never stood on a surfboard before. In addition, the yoga classes with Stella in the evening were a great way to relax and unwind after surfing. The roof terrace was truly a dream for relaxing or enjoying a meal. Overall, my experience was extremely positive and I would definitely come back!

We had such a wonderful 5 days at Yuba Surf Camp - Yassine is a brilliant host and surf instructor, and we learnt lots in just a few days. We felt super looked after, Yassine arranged everything that we needed including transport for us around Tamraght and Taghazout so we got to see lots of the local area too. There was plenty of time to relax on the quiet terrace, and the yoga sessions with Stella were a great balance after days out surfing.

I had a very good time there. Hasan is a super funny guy and creates a great vibe. Yassine is a great teacher and very helpful.

They made us feel at home and helped us experience the local life such a pleasant experience.

Booking this surf camp was the best decision and such a great value for money. Yassine is an experienced surfer and a good teacher, he gave me great practical tips so I learned a lot in 5 days, I caught some good waves and fell in love with surfing. Surfing was usually between 11-14:30. Food is made from scratch everyday, it’s healthy and delicious. Yoga with Stella on the rooftop was also exactly what I needed after days of strenuous sport and she’s such a lovely girl too. One evening Yassine drove me to Agadir souk where I could do some shopping and have some nice cultural experience. I was at the camp solo with no other guests during my stay but Yassine and Hassan were such a good company, always up for a chat and a game of rummikub. I was never bored! Accommodation is within walking distance to the coffee shops etc and about 15-20 minutes to the beach.

Die Gastfreundschaft, die Surf- sowie Yogaübungen und das Essen haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Es handelt sich um ein kleineres noch junges Retreat, aber das hat die Übungsstunden sehr wertvoll gemacht, weil es keine übergrößen Gruppen gibt. Tatsächlich war ich der einzige Gast während meines Aufenthaltes, die anderen Gäste habe ich gerade verpasst, aber das hat meinem Aufenthalt überhaupt nichts abgetan. Yassine hat sich sehr gut um mich gekümmert, war mit mir beim lokalen Markt, hat mir bei Fragen immer geholfen und er war sehr hinterher, dass ich mich wohl fühle - und das habe ich mich auch! Die Surfstunden waren sehr gut erklärt und hilfreich, genauso die Yoga-Stunden und ich habe viel Neues gelernt! Nach den Surfstunden kann man dann in eines der vielen Cafés in Tamraght gehen. Ein rundum guter Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Very chill atmosphere, freedom in planning the day and good meals. The house was comfy and not too far from the beach or some stores. The instructors are very kind inviting.

The week at Yuba surf camp was amazing! The atmosphere was warm and cozy. Yassine and Hassan took really good care of us. It felt like spending time with old friends.

Everything worked out great and Yassine was a great surf instructor, patient and encouraging. The food Yassine and Hassan made was delicious and they took my vegetarian diet into consideration. We were given a ride whenever we wanted to go further from Tamraght. The house was cozy, and in the evenings we sat at the table talking, laughing and playing cards. I have warm memories of the trip and I definitely want to go back. I highly recommend Yuba surf if you want a relaxed experience and professional surf instruction!

The best thing is the human scale with the hosts making meals, being around, sharing meals, watching football or bringing us to places.

After a very long time without vacations this was the place where my body and mind said: "You can truly let go and relax now"; and that's what I did.

The surfing was great, Yassine is a great coach and got me riding a dozen waves always until the shore, on my last day. Only experience I had was one surf camp 10 years ago.

Special mention to the rooftop, very cool, and all little benches/couches, comfortable and nice fabrics, makes you want to just stay on them and do nothing.

Oh and the village is lovely to walk around the main street, don't miss the market on Wednesdays too.

yassine always finds a way to let you surf by travelling to another surfspot if the conditions in tamraght are not good

It feels like genuine Moroccan living. The food is all real and authentic - and delicious! The surfing was amazing and actually progressed more than I thought I would. Yassine and Hassan were both fabulous hosts. They took care of everything and made sure everyone had a fun and relaxing stay.

I could really rest during my stay in Tamraght as a female solo traveller. I enjoyed the surfing lessons with Yassine and Hassan and I am super motivated to come back to catch green waves. You can talk to the hosts about activities you want to do and they'll even organize transportation. Yuba camp has just opened, not fully equipped yet, but already very cozy. The two local hosts are living under the same roof, so 24/7 they'll make sure you feel super comfy! :) Further Highlights: Hosts will cook 3 local dishes daily, verrrry delicious! I joined other guests and visited Agadir, Taghazout and loved to explore Tamraght on my own. This village has a relaxing vibe and I felt very safe anytime. We also tried sandboarding with the hosts; and for New Year's Eve we all walked down to the beach to make a little bonfire, magical! ✨

I loved my stay at this surf camp! It really was more than just a surf camp - the atmosphere that Yassine and Hassan created was so warm and welcoming that it truly felt like home. It was like hanging out with friends: days full of laughing and joking with no stress or too much planning. I got to practise surfing with Yassine who is the most competent, patient and supportive teacher you can have. Besides surfing, Yassine and Hassan takes care of everything: we got delicious meals and they helped to organize a visit to Taghazout. The house is beautiful and I loved to gather around the kitchen table to have a dinner together after spendig the day at the beach. I can highly recommend Yuba Surf for anyone who are looking for a safe, relaxing and welcoming place to stay and learn how to surf!

Our two-day stay at this surf camp was absolutely wonderful and truly felt like a home away from home. From the very beginning, everything was taken care of for us, so we could just relax and enjoy the experience.

We surfed with the guidance of the amazing instructors, Yassine and Hassan, who were incredibly welcoming, patient, and supportive. They made sure everyone felt comfortable in the water and handled all the details, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

The food was delicious and plentiful — we enjoyed great breakfasts, lunches, and dinners every day, which added so much to the overall experience. We also took a day trip to Agadir, which was a fun and memorable addition to the trip.

I loved my stay in Yuba Surf Marocco. Yasin and Hassan are the kindest, warmest and funniest hosts. They take care of you so well. Yasin is so talented, exact and careful surfcoach and he takes you to the best waves. Home is cozy, beautiful and perfect for chill after surfing day. There were good chats and cozy Uno games in dinnertable. It was the chillest holiday because they take care of everything for you and you can just surf and relax.

Neighbourhood is also safe and silent. There are lots of nice cafes and little shops nearby and Yasin and Hassan organized nice trips to us to Agadir souk and sand surfing. As they say in Yuba feel home away from home (100% true❤️).

My friend and I stayed for 4 nights at Yuba in Dec 2025. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. Yassine and Hassan are so friendly and helpful. Yassine seems to know everyone and everything in Agadir, Tamraght and Taghazout so can help you out with everything you need to know and everywhere you go he can introduce you to everyone! The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need, close to shops, cafes and ATM in Tamraght. It’s peaceful and quiet so we slept really well. We surfed everyday and Yassin found the best spot for our group. It was fully catered with a delicious traditional Moroccan spread for breakfast and dinner with lunch at the beach. It was the perfect home from home and as beginner surfers we both caught lots of waves and felt like we improved a lot. We will be back!

If you’re looking for a surf camp that feels like home, Yuba Surf is the place. From day one, I felt like I was living like a local - no stress, no endless planning, just pure relaxation. Meals were included (breakfast, lunch and dinner), and they were very delicious and was so nice to taste local cuisine.

As a beginner surfer I greatly appreciated the emphasis on safety and the supportive instruction provided by Yasin. His guidance gave me the confidence to enter the ocean and successfully catch my first waves. Everything was super convenient; all I had to do was show up, and the rest was taken care of. The people were welcoming, the vibe was amazing, and I got to shop at the local market and see the villages nearby.

This retreat is more than just a surf camp, it’s a home away from home. Location is easy access and neighbourhood felt safe. I look forward to returning and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a safe, welcoming, and enriching surf experience.

The food was sooo good. I really liked the vibes. It was my 3d time surfing and I’ve learned so much. I really apreciate every person there and I want to go back to this house asap.

The whole experience was amazing. From the delicous food, great waves to the amazing people running the school. The traditional riad is definetly another highlight and offers a very cozy and communal place too calm down after a long day of surfing. Also Yassine is a great guy that feels more like a friend than just a teacher even at a short stay. I am definetly coming back.

The best part of this retreat was the combination of surf, atmosphere, and the people running it.
