Great place awesome staff would definitely visit again

De sfeer in het huis deed me denken aan mijn studententijd.

Maddy & Iker waren super vriendelijk en chill. De regels waren duidelijk en je kon altijd terecht bij hun met vragen. Alles was ook zeer proper!

Overall I had a great experience, both instructors Umberto and Israel were professional and for (2 old men) I had a good laugh 😁

They love a bigginer so I would definitely recommend Volcano Surf to anyone looking to go. 🤙

Accommodation in LA Casita was fabulous. I couldn't ask for better hosts; Iker and Maddy made you feel so welcome soon as you stepped in. It's a beautiful location with some of the best views I've seen and you will definitely feel like at home. I am hoping to return in the future 😊

All the staff is exceptional kind and welcoming. They are very organized and always in a good mood, making the atmosphere very nice for everyone. I have to say an extra BIG thank you to Umberto the surf instructor – he is an amazing person.

Practical; The house is far away from the sea but transport is arranged so you are ok, but consider to rent a scooter or car. Beds should have had a thicker mattress, but the place is clean and tidy. All in all – you will enjoy your stay and you will want to come back!

I really enjoyed the week at the surf camp! Everything was perfect and the people were very nice. I postponed my accommodation by a day and there was no problem. I learned to surf a bit and I won't forget the technique! Thanks for everything and I look forward to coming back one day.

So war in der Unterkunft ein richtiges WG Klima vorhanden.

Die Surflehrer Umberto und Israel sind super offene Menschen die sich auch nie verstellt haben. Die was Sie machen, extremst drauf haben. Sie leben auch Ihr eigenes Leben wie Sie es möchten. Einfach super Leute, super Erfahrung. Menschen,bei denen man nicht missen möchte, sie kennengelernt zu haben.

La gente es muy acogedora y te hacen pásame una estancia muy agradable. Lo recomiendo 100%

We had a wonderful stay in Tenerife, all thanks to Umberto, Iker, and Helena. The house where we stayed was clean and bright. The living room is spacious, and guests can enjoy both the garden and the rooftop terrace. Iker offered fantastic tips for hikes and restaurants, and the overall atmosphere was nice and fun. As for the surfing class, Umberto is an outstanding teacher. He adeptly explains the correct techniques and ensures everyone's safety in the water, regardless of their skill level. I highly recommend it.

The surfing lessons with Umberto were a joy. You get everything that’s necessary for catching the waves, and his humour can be phenomenal. Also, Iker is a very warm-hearted and welcoming host. I had a great time there, and the place has a nice atmosphere. The group of people was great fun and not too large, a bit mixed, making it easy to get in touch and nice to chat.

The organisation for the camp is fantastic, you always have something that you can do. Umberto is an amazing instructor who really teaches you a lot in a short space of time. The surf house is amazing too with a fantastic host who really makes you feel comfortable. These guys really have a great environment that brings everyone together.

The people are so friendly, Ikor and Olivia especially made this trip much much better and relaxing, we had so much fun together! The surfing coach (Israel?) is attentive and he did try his best to explain, even though his English is limited (which is understandable as it's not an English speaking country).

The house is in good condition and always clean. The room is quiet, and everyone is very respectful of each other.

The volunteers there made extra activities for the group to go together which was super nice!!

Umberto and Israel are both very professional and motivating instructors, giving good advice and being super patient with a beginner like me. The house was very comfortable and nice, kind people around and good vibes. Looking forward to go back.

I absolutely loved this week, the people, the entire experience. Umberto and Israel make a great team and I can confidently say that I learned all the basics and more in this week. The surf and skate classes were useful, the yoga was extremely relaxing and the equipment is top.

Best surf school in Playa Americas, if not Tenerife. Thanks a lot for making this week so good that I decided to stay another one :D Highly recommend!

Really cool surfcamp with good surf vibes. Umberto is very helpful and easygoing with everything. You really feel confortable very fast.

The school is very close to the beach and the surf spot, so perfect for surfing. The instructors were all very nice, funny and gave me very good tips to improve my technique. I recommand a lot and hope to go back !

Das Hostel war super sauber, viele tolle Menschen. Der Surflehrer Israel war super lieb und sehr kompetent, genauso wie Umberto! Surfskate Stunden waren super! Man wurde von Anfang an herzlich aufgenommen und hat sich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt!

De positieve sfeer onder de deelnemers was zalig. Ondanks de verschillen handelden we als een groep. Ik denk dat dat mede gecreëerd werd door de organisatie.

Si vous voulez apprendre à surfer, vous faire de bons amis et profiter de la vie à Ténérife, c'est le séjour idéal. Une semaine de surf mais aussi de franche rigolade ! Je n'avais jamais surfé et j'ai l'impression d'avoir appris vite et facilement, c'était vraiment cool !

The hospitality of Umberto and his colleagues was very good. The accommodation was very nice, a very good vibe and has all what you need.

The surf lessons were great, it was my first experience with surf and i learned a lot, i recommend the surf school. Also what was great is that you could take the surf equipment also in the afternoon to practice. We also had the transport from surf camp to surf school and back done by Umberto and his colleagues which helped a lot. Adding to this wonderful experience, also the yoga was great, very good after a lot of surf in order to relax. I recommend to try the experience as you will not regret.

Awesome instructor, Umberto pushes you when you need it and helps you achieve even for a beginner like me. Casual surf house accommodation, great caretakers and general community feel. Awesome yoga instructor in Antonella too

Umberto is the best. I had an amazing week. Starting from scratch, by the end of the week, I was able to learn the basics and feel confident to continue my training on my own now.

People out there do yourselves a favor and come see Umberto for a week at Volcano surf camp. He goes above and beyond to teach all activity levels, is an absolute laugh and will make sure you are having a good time at all times. The accommodation is comfortable and clean, and all the guys that work there are absolute sweethearts. It’s also really safe if you’re a solo female traveller. I really couldn’t recommend this experience more and unfortunately for Umberto I will be back :)

Me and my sister stayed one week at Vocano surf camp. The atmosphere is very relaxed, we met many nice people and the volunteers that manage the house were very nice. Umberto is a great surf teacher and they offer many activities. We definitely recommend it! Ciao

Umberto really goed the extra mile for every single one of the residents in the hostel. Awesome guy. The hostel itself was way better than all otter hostels I have been to.

Not just a vacation but a place to meet lovely people all around Europe that comes to enjoy surf easygoing life. Not only a school with good teachers, Umberto and Mattia, but a family. Everything was well organized, from the surfing, skateboarding, yoga lessons but also tranferts to commute Airport and the school. Accomodarion very nice, clean, with garden and a chill out zone located in a residential aerea. Super raccomended.

It was my first time to surf and it was really fun! Umberto is a great teacher who always motivates you to stay tuned.

The exercises are useful and he has a lot of patience. I think its really nice that Maurizio takes photos - so you have a nice memory of your experience.

The accomodation is super clean and quiet.

I have enjoyed my time there and it is an absolute recommendation!

Surf an yoga lessons and people

Umberto is een zeer ervaren surfer met ontzettend veel humor en gastvrijheid. Ik heb het boven verwachting erg naar mijn zin gehad in het hostel met de mensen die daar toen waren. De surflessen van Umberto waren zeer goed, alles is zeer goed geregeld qua vervoer en materialen, instructies. De yogalessen heb ik ook als zeer goed ervaren, al had ik toch graag mijn eigen yogamat mee willen hebben want die ik daar kon lenen vond ik niet zo hygiënisch.

Umberto is an awesome instructor, a monument of patience just perfect for I am a monument if clumsiness. Looking forward to coming back!!!

I had an absolutely amazing time on my trip, the people that were working at the hostel we're absolutely amazing, very friendly and very helpful. They made me feel right at home. I really enjoyed surfing. Umberto is a brilliant teacher it was so much fun, it was my first time. I've never surfed before and on my first day I managed to stand up. I met so many amazing wonderful people. I enjoyed my holiday so much I was only meant to be there for 6 days and I ended up staying for 24 days because I was loving it so much. If you're looking for a great holiday, new experiences and meeting new people then go for it as this place is absolutely amazing 😁💜 I met people from all over the world. (Don't know why this review says I am from the United states I'm from the UK).

The Hostel was very good und i meet a lot of nice folks.

But the best was learining Surfing with Unberto. He is maybe one of best Teacher on thw Island. He is very interested to teach u. He Takes Time and is always Smart. I enjoing the Trip and learned to stand up very quick, trough his help. Thanks dude!

The accommodation is good. It's clean and the people there are very kind and always eager to help. Umberto is the instructor and he is great - funny, caring and an excellent surfing teacher. He also suggested us a few places we should visit that only locals know about - hidden caves etc. :)

Had a wonderful vacation thanks to the very helpful and exciting staff. 100% would do it again. Umberto you the man. Hostesses at the hostel are welcoming and easy going, plus they cook amazing.

We liked absolutely everything about our stay in Tenerife. The surf school, our couch Umberto, prices of everything are so much lower then in Austria. Island offered us so much more then we expected! Thanks to our couch Umberto, we had an excellent apartment for a very low price.

We also liked that we had our surf classes two times a day. We could even take the board and other equipment for surfing and come to surf whenever we fell like.

My trainer, Umberto, is just awesome guy. He was really helpful, kind and nice to everybody. I would like to mention his great communication skills, sense of humor and strong teaching skills. He is experienced surfer who could teach you easily no matter which language you speak. You have opportunity to use bikes and skates, in case you still have some strength after surfing. Also I was really impressed and thankful when Umberto drove me to the airport in the middle of the night.

Surfhouse was awesome, I met bunch of interesting people and had good time there.
