Over 5 days, have one lesson per day, allowing time to fill the rest of the day with other activities. Your accommodation is an independent villa located in the tranquility of the countryside with excellent views. The villa is suitable for families or groups of friends. There are five twin rooms with private bathrooms.

Programma
General information about the lessons
- Uprise Surf Portugal prioritizes quality, and therefore, the lessons have a maximum ratio of 5 to 6 students of the same level per instructor
- The lessons last approximately 2 hours (including theory and practice) and include wetsuit and surfboard, adjusted to each student's level
- The lessons are offered at various times daily, typically starting at 9 a.m. During the off-peak season, you may have only one lesson per day unless you have booked two lessons per day.
- If it's your first day, all the necessary information about your level or equipment is available on the platform. However, you can always contact Uprise Surf Portugal with any questions
- Due to sea and wind conditions, scheduled lessons may undergo changes, which will be communicated promptly on the platform or through other means. Stay tuned for communications on the platform
- For the lesson, bring only the essentials: sunscreen with at least SPF 30, a towel, water, and a snack. It is preferable to wear a lycra swimsuit, snug to the body, underneath the surf wetsuit
- Transportation to the lessons will be provided for those who do not have their own means of transportation, subject to availability and by appointment. If you have your own transportation, after the lesson, you can choose to stay at the beach, explore the area, or simply enjoy a drink on the beach while watching the sunset
- If you wish to progress faster with more individualized guidance and feedback, you should consider private lessons

This surf course is happening in Lourinhã, Portugal. The villa is located inside Lourinhã municipality at Toxofal village (73 kilometers and 1 hour driving from Lisbon airport). Nearby at 7 kilometers you can find the closest beach (Praia da Areia Branca) with nice sand extension and nice waves for intermediate and advance surf levels.
There also you can find nice restaurants and bares to enjoy a pleasant evening. The main village, Lourinhã is located at five kilometers from the villa and there you can find everything for your daily needs.
