The location is on the west of Managua in a pristine low density golf community with several miles of private beaches including a couple of world class surf spots - Hemmies and Asuchillo, plus 2 outer reefs. The area is very beautiful with small rivers feeding large old growth trees mixed with savannah type grassland and rolling hills. The condos are based on Punta San Diego which has a very hollow and shallow reef which is for experts only, but there are a couple of other surf spots in the area that can be great.
