Together with her husband Florian, she founded 2021 the Retreat Oasis Portugal, where the vision to create an oasis for personal transformation unfolded in an incredibly beautiful way.

Christina has been an awareness coach / facilitator for more than 10 years, with a particular passion for supporting women and families. Her powerful coaching and workshops invite you to awareness, transformation, and healing. The intention of her work is to offer new, positive, and heart-opening perspectives and practical tools, that serve you to experience a happy and truly heartfelt life. One of the most important aspects of her work is the path of self-love.

She loves to set people in motion and inspire them to give space for their potential to unfold through “Vital Movement Arts.”

The adventure educator Florian accompanies you on your journey to greater closeness to nature and mindfulness. With playful ease, he awakens the joy of discovery and the thirst for adventure. With his love of outdoor and water sports, he brings you closer to the healing power of nature and lets you immerse yourself in flow states.

In her classes, Lisette combines Hatha and Yin yoga with intuitive movement. With her warm and creative manner, she accompanies you through flowing yoga, paying attention to the vitality of your body. She encourages you to have fun, allow emotions, accept imperfection and break out of your comfort zone. For Lisette, yoga has been a life-changing journey of constant learning and growth for more than 15 years.

In collaboration with the renowned surf school SaltyWay, you will experience professional surfing lessons with an extra portion of fun. The surfing sessions are adapted to your level - the licensed surf coaches will accompany you optimally during your surfing sessions, regardless of whether you are a beginner or an advanced surfer.
