Oasis Kite's big kite villa offers everything you need to calm down and relax after an exhausting kite session. Its three terraces and one huge rooftop terrace provide a lot of sunbathing and chill-out areas. The rooftop terrace is magic during the Djerbian sunsets, and is the perfect spot for a yoga session with a view of the sea.
In the common areas, you will have more chill-out areas and a TV to watch the latest kitesurf movies or get a video analysis of your last session. The kitchen is fully equipped and can be used by you during the day. There, delicious breakfast and dinner for you will be prepared too.
Every room is decorated in a lovely and oriental touch so Oasis Kite are sure that you will feel at home from the first minute on.
The beach, which is only 200 meters away, provides cooling on hot days, and the lovingly furnished double rooms ensure a restful night's sleep.
Programma
This Rider Kite Camp is aimed at advanced riders who can safely go upwind. Grab the right material from Eleveight, Flysurfer and Co. and ride on the lagoon together with Oasis Kite.
In addition to the shallow water lagoon, which offers ideal conditions for freestyling, they also have a sea spot up their sleeve that is ideal for foiling (foil equipment not included). They will take care of all spot transfers.
An experienced instructor will always keep an eye on you during the kite sessions and will be happy to give you a few tips (accompanied kiting). If you want intensive one-on-one coaching, Oasis Kite recommends a private lesson including video analysis. They look forward to climbing to the next kite level with you.
Important note
As kitesurfers, Oasis Kite is, of course, dependent on the wind and will plan your day accordingly. The evening before, you will make a plan so that everyone knows what activities are planned for the next day. Please note that their kite camps are greatly reduced package prices, which is why they cannot grant any discounts in calm or stormy weather.

Florian
Florian is a certified VDWS kite instructor since 2014 with teaching experience around the world. His teaching destinations include Germany, Spain, Colombia, Portugal, Tunisia. He can speak German, English, and Spanish.
Locatie
Djerba is a very unique island in the south of Tunisia. Known for its long white sand beaches, it has to offer a lot more to water sports enthusiasts as the wind blows constantly at around 15 to 25 knots.
Next to the great kitesurf conditions, you will also find a diverse culture and oriental lifestyle. Djerbiens are well known for their great hospitality and you will love to stroll around the local markets and have a mint tea or freshly pressed orange juice in the old town of Houmt Souk.
If you want to go to one of the most beautiful beaches in Djerba, it's just a five-minute walk from the villa.
Kite spot
Oasis Kite's spot is away from the tourist beaches and is only intended for kitesurfers. In the approximately 40 square kilometer lagoon, you will have more than enough space to express yourself in the sport you love. The lagoon is mostly shallow. There are no waves, sea urchins, sharp-edged shells, or corals in the water.
In the summer, the lagoon resembles a giant bathtub as the water warms up to a comfortable 28 degrees Celsius. A shorty or just the board shorts are completely sufficient there. Welcome to Oasis Kite' paradise for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Wake up well-rested in the morning with the smell of freshly brewed coffee in your nose and fortify yourself at the richly set breakfast table. After an extensive kite session, Tunisian cook Wahiba will spoil you with regional delicacies or they will prepare a delicious (fish) BBQ on the typical Djerbian grill. Vegetarian meals are available on request.
Dinner is included on five out of seven nights. On two evenings during the camp week, you will visit local restaurants. Only the restaurant visits are not included in the price.

Please arrange your flight to arrive at Djerba–Zarzis International Airport (DJE). The quickest and most convenient way to get there is via a direct flight to Djerba. After only a maximum of three hours of flight, you will reach the sun and wind-drenched island.
