Sol Y Mar is a 10-bedroom, two-kitchen, and four-bathroom house with a living room. Breakfast is provided, but there are self-catering facilities as well as a barbecue terrace on the roof. Free Wi-Fi is available. You can also arrange bike hire at a local shop, as well as book a course for any water sports through Sol Y Mar. They have cleaning seven days a week, and all linen as well as towels are provided free of charge. There are single, twin, double, triple, or quad rooms available, depending on your party size, but there are no bunk beds.
Accommodation is in mixed and shared rooms only. Female-only rooms/dorms are not available.
Programma
The coaches at Flag Beach Kitesurf Camp will give you all the training you need in wing foil for you to enjoy and master this exciting water sport. Lessons are easy to learn and tailor-made to suit your level and experience. Excellent surf spots are easy to find on the island, and you will enjoy hours of wind foiling pleasure.
Itinerary
Day 1
This is spent learning about the wind, preparing the gear, and practicing on the beach, before going out on the water. Initially, on a standup paddleboard (SUP) board.
Day 2
Learning to stand on the foil, water ski instruction, but using a foil and being towed behind a boat.
Day 3
Combining the foil with the wing on a foil board.
Day 4
More foil and wing riding.
Day 5
More foil and wing riding.
Locatie
This wing foiling vacation will take place in Corralejo, Las Palmas, Spain. Sol Y Mar is an old townhouse converted into a hostel. It is clean and very centrally located and close to all local bars, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. It is only five minutes walk from the bus station and five minutes from the ferry port. It is a great place for single travellers and has a good sociable, relaxed atmosphere.
