You will be staying in a modern guest house, Ocean House Ericeira. Just a short stroll from Ribeira D'Ilhas beach and Ericeira’s charming center, Ocean House combines comfort, community, and relaxation, making your stay by the Ericeira coast a memorable one.
The house has a spacious common kitchen and living room, two shared bathrooms, and a big garden for sunbathing or yoga. There are two outdoor terraces: a large one with a BBQ area connected to the garden and a smaller one near the entrance.

Miguel, a professional freediver, is a maestro of in-depth disciplines. As the Vice World Champion in CNF* and FIM**, he has made waves with a remarkable 122-meter free immersion dive, securing his spot as the third deepest diver globally in this category - just four meters shy of the current world record. Miguel will guide them from static pool exercises to training tables and efficient movements for surf survival. Be prepared to learn hypoventilation training for overcoming sports challenges and mental barriers.
Alina
As part of your retreat program, Alina will guide you through intuitive art workshops that begin with a grounding meditation. You'll explore self-expression and creativity—no matter your skill level, even if you haven’t painted since school. Her work invites a deeper connection with nature and your inner self, inspiring new perspectives through the creative process.
