Amaru Nicaragua - Surf & Yoga Retreats

The location of this resort is beautiful, and right on the beach. The staff was great and very friendly. I had great massages, great food, and I loved the yoga.

My stay at Amaru was more than amazing. I intended to stay for a week only and ended up leaving heavy heartedly after a whole month. And I am not the only one. Almost everyone I met there stayed longer than planned because it is not only a beautiful place but also so lovely and familiar you just never want to leave.

You are right by the ocean and can hear the waves at night, you can be all by yourself if you want to or surrounded by great people if you feel like company. The rooms are lovely, the food is great (healthy and veggie-friendly) and the Yoga platform is the most amazing place I ever practised Yoga.

The nature there is so wild and beautiful, surfing is amazing, you have a beach for beginners as well as the Boom in walking distance and if you ever feel like taking a break from surfing, there are many great activities to do.

I am so thankful for my time at Amaru and will return for sure!
