Tres Palmas is located right on the beach at La Punta, Montañita's world-famous Point Break and the best waves in South America. A short five-minute walk to the vibrant party of downtown Montañita, this property will bring you peace with the soothing sounds of the surf and amazing sunsets.
The property has a beautiful pool with a waterfall, Jacuzzi, grill and outdoor common area with a television, stereo, coffee, water and tea available all day. Their microbrewery and restaurant are just outside your door right on the beach. It also offers free Wi-Fi, surf lessons, and surfboard rentals.
At Tres Palmas, you will find a garden and a bar. The property offers free parking. Montañita's town center and commercial area are just one kilometer away, while Guayaquil and Manta are both two and a half hours away by car, and each has an international airport.
Rooms are beachfront, split air-conditioner, private bath with hot water, Wi-Fi, balcony, parking, full-service restaurant, and bar.

Note
Students have access to surf club area with the use of all equipment and grill at their leisure (surfboards, snorkel gear, etc.). Additional activities or classes can be arranged for additional costs. Use of surfboards and snorkel gear are free during your stay.
Lieu
Located beachfront, Tres Palmas hosts a right-hand point, a left, and a beach break directly out back. The breaks work for both North and South Swells. Other beaches are nearby in the event that Tres Palmas needs smaller or larger conditions to suit the needs of the guests.
