Comfortable and stylish surf house
At Melo Surf and Yoga, you’ll stay in a beautifully designed surf house, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. There are 6 spacious rooms split across two floors, including 4 double rooms (with private balconies) and 2 shared triple rooms. All rooms come with ensuite bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy.
There is a stunning rooftop terrace with ocean and mountain views, perfect for relaxing after a day of surfing or enjoying yoga, and a riad-style courtyard downstairs for a peaceful, social environment. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a mix of traditional Moroccan and modern surf house style.
Whether you’re unwinding in the courtyard or enjoying the view from your private balcony, the space is designed for comfort and relaxation after an active day.
This is your home away from home! You have the choice between a double, triple, or single room. You'll have your own beach and shower towels to keep you dry at all times. They ensure your room is always fresh and clean!

Typical Day at Melo Surf & Yoga (Surf Guiding Package)
This package is perfect for experienced surfers who are looking to score the best waves in the area. With our local knowledge and 4x4 vehicles, we guide you daily to the surf spots with the best conditions for your level and preferences. Here's what a typical day looks like:
- 08:30 Healthy breakfast to fuel your surf session
- 09:30 Departure to the best surf spot of the day (we check tides, swell, and wind every morning)
- 10:00 Surf session with guidance from our local surf team
- 13:00 Picnic lunch at the beach or nearby
- 19:30 Tasty homemade Moroccan dinner with the group
This program is focused on maximizing your time in the water. The guides are there to give you tips on the spot, help with positioning, and share local insights. This is not a lesson-based package – it’s all about surf exploration.
On arrival and departure days, we adapt the schedule depending on your flight times. There's usually no surf guiding on check-in/check-out days.
Optional activities (like yoga, hammam visits, or local excursions) can be added upon request.

Mehdi
Mehdi discovered his love for surfing at the age of 15 while growing up in the coast of southern Morocco. As an experienced surf instructor with a background in multiple surf camps, he offers exceptional classes suited for all skill levels. Mehdi possesses extensive knowledge of all surf spots in the area, allowing him to expertly guide his guests to the perfect location based on their surfing level. Mehdi's infectious enthusiasm and passion for surfing makes him an inspiring mentor, as he is genuinely stoked to share his love for the sport with others.

The surf camp is located in Tamraght, a peaceful village just minutes from Taghazout’s famous surf spots. With beautiful beaches like Banana Beach and Devil’s Rock nearby, it’s perfect for surfers of all levels. The area offers stunning mountain and ocean views, local cafes, and restaurants serving traditional Moroccan food. Agadir is just a 30-minute drive away, with markets, shops, and more to explore. It’s the perfect spot to surf, relax, and experience authentic Moroccan life.
