Fatima was an absolute angel, organising everything so thoughtfully and making our stay feel like a little paradise. Ridah and the rest of the team were equally wonderful—always helpful, warm, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience incredibly pleasant.

The accommodation was lovely, and I’ll always remember how close we were to the beach. Even more special were the cozy evenings—enjoying delicious meals and playing games by the fire on the balcony. The food was so good that we never even felt the need to go out.

Surf lessons with Coach Hamzah were also a highlight—he was brilliant, patient, and made the whole experience so enjoyable.

Fatima and her team truly turned this short break into one of the best holidays we could have hoped for.

Fatima zahraa de contactpersoon is super vriendelijk en gastvrij. We hebben leuke avonden gehad met de andere gasten. Niets was haar teveel gevraagd! Het eten is heerlijk! Super leuke kennismaking met de Marokkaanse keuken! Iedereen was super vriendelijk.

We loved this trip. Accommodation was exactly what you pay for. Cheap, clean, everything you need. Staff were super friendly and helpful and really get involved and build a nice sociable atmosphere. Food was amazing and so much of it! All surfing equipment is high quality and fully provided. Hamza is an amazingly experienced and calm surf coach. We are much better after 3 days of coaching. We much preferred tamraght to taghazout. You still have charming shops and cafes but don’t have that “instagram /tiktok traveller vibe” that you get in taghazout. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a value for money, chilled, friendly, sociable surfing trip free from all the stereotypes. We will definitely be doing another winter surfing trip to Morocco next year!

Everything was perfect!!! The staff is really welcoming, the food is delicious and plentiful, the accommodation is comfortable, and the surf lessons are really good! The place is stunning. I super recommend it and would love to come back!

The staff were super welcoming from the start, always making it easy to settle in (and even offering tea if you just want to chill on the rooftop). Anytime I needed something, they were happy to help, and the instructors were really attentive. The lessons were a great intro to the basics - understanding the board and key points once you’re in the water. I surfed four days in a row and they helped me improve my balance and confidence. Plenty of time with the instructors and time to surf on your own. Definitely coming back for more lessons!

The whole experience was absolutely amazing, from the accommodation and food to the activities, everything was spot on. The staff were exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and genuinely kind, they went out of their way to make you feel at home. The surf instructor was not only competent but also friendly and approachable, and made sure we had a good time. A special highlight was definitely the food: delicious and typical, and they made sure to make everything suitable for my dietary requests, as a vegetarian.

Extremely kind staff at the retreat including everybody. It was like a small family and for a couple of days we were treated as family members.

I was there for surfing. The organization was fantastic – I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I was picked up from the airport and welcomed right away with tea and pastries. Everything related to surfing was fully taken care of – from the wetsuit to transportation, lunch on the beach, sun umbrella, towel, and coaching.

The food was traditional Moroccan and absolutely delicious. They were also very considerate of dietary restrictions, etc. The cook was the best in all of Morocco – every meal felt like a feast. On a previous trip to Morocco, I had a dish I didn’t like very much – but even that one won me over with her cooking skills.

Ahlam at the reception was incredibly warm right from the start. She always made sure I had everything I needed. She even accompanied me to the village and made sure I bought tahini at a local price. She also organized my transfer back to the airport in the middle of the night.

Reda, another staff member, joined us for surfing and made sure I caught every wave. Even during free surf time, he kept pushing me into waves to ensure I didn’t miss one. He also got up in the middle of the night to make sure I made it to my flight and to say goodbye.

The rest of the team was also incredibly kind and made everything feel like family. Yasin was a great surf instructor, and I managed to ride waves already on the first day.

My stay at the surf camp was truly unforgettable — everything exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The experience began with excellent communication from the team after I made the booking. They were attentive and thoughtful, even asking about any food allergies or dietary preferences to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of.

Transportation to and from the airport was arranged by the camp and handled with the highest level of professionalism. It made the journey smooth and stress-free. Once I arrived, I was instantly immersed in traditional Moroccan culture — the house, the decor, and the beautiful Moroccan-style seating area where meals were served all created a warm and authentic atmosphere.

The food deserves special mention. Every single meal was a delightful experience, and I often found myself eagerly asking, "What's for dinner tonight?" The quality, flavor, and presentation of the traditional Moroccan dishes made it feel like dining at a five-star hotel — truly impressive!

The surf instructors were highly professional, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Thanks to them, I not only improved my surfing skills but also made unforgettable friendships and had so much fun at the beach. The sense of community and positive energy at the camp made every moment special.

I had the time of my life and created memories I’ll cherish forever. I’m already planning to come back — and this time, I’ll definitely stay longer!

Ahlam, die junge Frau, ist das Herz dieses Camps. Sie hilft bei allem, spricht fließend mehrere Sprachen, hat immer gute Laune und ein Lächeln.

Reda ist der fleißige, ruhige, junge Mann, dem kein Weg zu mühselig ist und auch immer mit einem Lächeln unterwegs ist.

Hamza und Simo, unsere Surflehrer, muss man einfach erlebt haben: zwei Aquamen. 😂 Immer gut drauf und auch ich, absolute Anfängerin, haben sie dazu verholfen, auf dem Board zu stehen.

Das Essen ist exzellent und authentisch.

The food was so good! And the stuff was so friendly. I loved the time here.

The food was great. The meal sizes were big and filling which was very good for full days of surfing and exploring.

There were lots of snacks included too.

All of the staff members were very friendly. There was an occasional language barrier with some staff members but I was always met with smiles and people trying to understand and communicate with me.

My surf-instructor Hamza was very friendly and knowledgeable. He has many years of experience and was able to give me great tips and ideas of how to progress. He was also up for having a laugh and joke. He spoke good English.

Ahlam - she is a new member of staff who I really appreciated being there as she spoke very good English. She was friendly and talkative which was welcomed as I had traveled on my own. She was able to help with my queries, make suggestions and even have a laugh with. I think she will be an asset to Hola Surf.

Food, location, terasse, surfing lessons, stuff, everyone was really friendly and helpful.

The food was amazing, the people working there makes you feel at home (everyone Is so kind). The position Is perfect, Just 5 mins by walk from the beach

Everything was incredible! Guys, it was so good that I don’t even want to go back - I want to hold on to that experience forever. The people were amazing, I visited the best restaurants, and the food at the camp was some of the best I’ve ever had. Honestly, there’s no need to go anywhere else. Trust me, and save your money!

Das Personal ist unglaublich nett, kontaktfreudig und sehr hilfsbereit (vor allem Fatima ist uns ans Herz gewachsen).

Der Surfunterricht mit Hamza war sehr gut und spaßig. Man macht schnell Fortschritte.

Das Hostel ist sauber, schön gestaltet, mit einer wunderschönen Terasse mit Meeresblick, auf der man das sehr leckere Essen genießen kann.

Der Hotelmanager ist sehr großzügig. Man bekommt viel Essen und trinken. Jeden Tag werden authentische, marokkanische Gerichte gekocht.

Die Gegend ist sehr sicher, man kann auch ohne Sorgen am Abend unterwegs sein.

Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatte ich Geburtstag. Ich wurde mit einem wunderschönen, sehr leckerem Kuchen überrascht. Das ganze Personal ist extra an dem Abend gekommen, um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern! 🥹

So eine Nettigkeit, Großzügigkeit und Wärme habe ich bisher an keinem anderen Ort erlebt.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder zurückkommen!

Super séjour chez Hola surf. Le personnel est très gentil e attentionné, le chambres propres et fournies de clima (mais on en a pas eu besoin) et la nourriture est exeptionnelle. On a bien kiffé nos cours de surf et les moments de relax avec le té marocain. Merci beaucoup, can’t wait to come back soon!

Hola surf provides a lovely surf trip. Everyone there wants to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Lots of flexibility! Oumaima is your contact person and helps you with everything you need. She made time to sit and talk with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Hamza was a pleasant and helpful surf instructor. They make you feel directly at home, we’ve had many laughs! The food is VERY abundant, you will never go to bed hungry! If you want to eat out, you can just let them know in time, it’s no problem. They provide delicious tea every morning, after surf (together with some cookies or popcorn) and after dinner. You eat together with the other guests at the rooftop terrace which has a lovely view. The lunch we took with us in a coolbox so we could eat at the beach in between surfing. I recommend applying lots of sunscreen or zinc (special surfer suncream) I booked a dorm room which was cheaper, but they gave me a private room instead without having to pay more. You stay in an appartement that also has a kitchen and a fridge if needed.

Make sure you go visit Tamraght & Imourane beach, Agadir and the Medina of Agadir, they are lovely!

Overall it was a great experience and I’m happy I booked this trip!

Le pack surf est parfait pour manger, surfer, dormir se reposer !

Nous avons même été surclassé dans un appartement rien qu’à nous au lieu de la chambre qu’on a réservée!

What a great experience! The staff is very attentive, the atmosphere is great, the food is very good and extremely plentiful, we could never finish a dish because there was so much of it! The surf pack is perfect for eating, surfing, sleeping and resting!

We even got upgraded to a complete flat rather than the double bedroom we booked!

Thanks to Abdelkrim, Elhaj, Zouhair, Oumaima, and especially Hamza for their welcome, their smile, their warm welcome!

We even made friends during our stay! I highly recommend it!

Food and staff amazing .they can not do enough for you .nothing is extra. All-round a perfect experience.

And as a bonus had one day off the most amazing clean waves on a uncrowded break .thankyou team.

Everything exceeded my expectations!! The location was perfect, the accomodation was spacious and comfortable, the food was high quality and always in massive quantities and the people were so lovely! I will recommend it to anyone who asks. And big thanks to Hamza for the great surf lessons! I hope I'll be back someday to improve more :)

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. I booked a private room and I got a small flat with a terrace, living room and kitchen. The food were brilliant, better than any restaurants I tired in Agadir and Marrakech. The surfing was well organised and the instructors (two of them) are very experienced and patient, especially Red1. I'm a slow learner, he helped me patiently and explained the techniques and logic behind. I achieved my goal on the 2nd day to stand up.

The staff is amazing! Very kind and helpful, and always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Everything was planned for us, and we didn’t have to plan anything ourselves. When on of us hurt her foot, they drove us to Agadir and helped her a lot at the hospital. 10/10 service from the staff❤️

The surf instructor was very kind and a great learner. He helped us a lot during the lesions, and also after our free session after lunch.
