I had an amazing stay there, planned to stay for one week and extended for 2. The place is great, instructors are so good I’d never made such progress before, staff is very kind, prices are reasonable, and everything is done so you feel most welcome (special thanks to Sal who volunteered while I was staying there & helped make the experience great). Organisation is super. Food is really good which was amazing after travelling around for months. Would 100% recommend.

i really enjoyed the trip and camp, the staff were very good, including the manager Hernan whos yoga sessions were a highlight, Paul who was organising events and David on reception, i'm sorry i didn't get the name of the lovely lady working on serving food and the lady on reception who was very good. The food is good and healthy, and the accomodation is basic but nice. as a single traveler i really liked the fact there were many things to do during the day, and if you didn't want to you could drop out. overall it was a very enjoyable camp, well organised, with a good mix of activities to keep you occupied, with friendly staff who really make an effort. Thank you to everyone working at the camp. i would recommened.

Amazing experience! It was a beautiful hostel, filled with activities and surf. The surf lessons are both in and out the water that helps you feel confident in your progress each day. The beaches are beautiful, water is warm, and the surf was good for my level.

It was quiet when I first got there but the hostel and activities make you feel comfortable with everyone immediately. Yoga and surf skating are both really helpful for improving your surf. All the other activities are super fun and picturesque everywhere you go. The food is amazing and the portions are huge.

The resort had plenty of places to chill, the pool was nice, and dorm room had plenty of room to spread out. Maya and Negro are the best buddies to have around the hostel, super sweet hostel pets that love a good cuddle.

There are so many more amazing things to say about this experience, but should definitely go and find out yourself. Have fun!

The camp itself is beautiful and the staff are so lovely and accomodating. They had an incredible entertainer, Lianne, who was a constant Ray of sunshine. The surfing instructors are also legends and gave really helpful, personalised advice.

I really loved the place, the atmosphere, all the nice people met around the camp, the beautiful tent on wood platform, cosy accommodations, the free renting board, the food which was exquisite every night even the vegetarian option, the animations proposed (movie making, karaoke, beach volley tournament,..) and of course the surfing everyday :) on a beautiful sand beach with good conditions !

Es war alles super im Dreamsea Camp. Richtig nette Leute von überall in Europa, eine super cooles Team vor Ort, mit dem man Spaß haben konnte und das unglaublich gekocht hat und eine super Lage am Rand von Imsouane. Leider wird gerade dort viel gebaut und es wird immer touristischer werden.

Camp area was super super nice: beautiful, comfortable and in excellent condition.

The food was lush and always more available.

The people were excellent and really friendly.

The surfing was always fun.

Yoga was great.

Activities and outing were really fun.

I had a super wonderful time.

I like the active listening from some people of the staff. Hernan is very friendly and helpful. He always gave a smail and tried that people feel comfortable and happy.

Great place to learn and improve your surfing!

Dreamsea surf resort offers a location to learn and/or improve your surfing skill. The guides are kind, supportive and a good laugh but will also not hesitate to tell you what you are doing wrong and push you to improve. Felipe and Gabriel were amazing surf instructors who will make that extra effort to get you on a good wave while making the experience fun.

Meike the social host makes sure that you are getting the most out of your time at San Juan Del Sur from sunset beach picnics, open mic nights, full beach days (free surf if you are confident enough), a night out in town or a chill movie night at the resort. If you are a lone traveller like myself I can honestly say this place has a great social atmosphere, you will be leaving here with friends and memories. Meike does a great job balancing out keeping everyone on schedule whilst also never making you feel that you are being rushed.

The resort and its staff were super friendly I really enjoyed the food with generous portion sizes. With options for those who are lactose intolerant or vegetarian. Buuuut the meat and fish dishes are out of this world!

The yoga classes were also a huge plus (I had never done it before), it was a great way to stretch out before a surf session (or after depending on the tide). Lead by Hernan (the manager of the resort) it doesn’t matter your experience he will not push you into something painful.

I would highly recommend this resort!

The camp is right on the Cathedral surf spot. It’s stunning, clean and super well organized. Food was delicious!!! I loved the people, the views and vibe. I’m coming back soon :)

Die gute Stimmung und der Spaß auf dem Wasser

The hotel is very quiet and remote, beautiful setting, natural and people are friendly. I really suggest to rent a car because distances are not so long but on dirt road with dust so walking could be unpleasant with kids (I have not tried it)

Surf instructors (Jose and Elisa) are really nice and friendly with adults and kids :)

Meals are really good and healthy!

Yoga sessions with Elisa are a must!

Everything was amazing and exactly as advertised, with even more! The employees were all helpful and genuine and made the stay so much better. Every day was planned out for us making each day easy going and relaxing. The meals were always prepared fresh and the surfing was top tier. I learned many new tips and tricks to bring back home with me. Will for sure be back again. 10/10. Thanks Dreamsea!

Everything and everyone. The food, the staff, the weather, the lessons, the atmosphere, the teachers, the overall experience, the entertainment. I don’t think it could have turned out more perfect.

Wouldn’t change a thing. Everyone who works here is professional and respectful. My traveling companion and I felt like family with the staff. Also, the fellow guests were great as well. 10/10 recommend. I will be returning.

My partner and I just had the best week at dreamsea

-the set up of the camp is beautiful and our private room was super comfortable

-the food was absolutely delicious and we loved having family dinner every night

-the additional activities are all super fun and allowed us to get really close with our fellow campers

-the surf instruction was beneficial and we saw some great improvement in our surfing abilities

-the staff are SO KIND

-mostly the community that was created was loving and we will miss every person we met

First of all the staff was more than amazing. They are super friendly, it felt like a big family and they are very helpfull and even take care of extra wishes. The food was always amazing (also with vegetarian options) so were the activities offered by the camp. Hernandes the owner of the Camp was an incredible yoga teacher and always has an open ear. Even the the animals in the camp were more than adorable, we miss them already!

everything was just as shown in the photos, the stuff was super nice, really lovely people, the food was amazing and what made a big difference is the activities they offered like going to town all together for open mic night, games night etc. I would definitely go back in a second!

The camp was nice, the beds where comfy and the food (if it was enough) was good and fresh.

I had an amazing time at Dreamsea. The people were very friendly (staff and guests!). The staff knew your name, so that made it feel like home. High quality surf lessons and good food!

Overall nice atmosphere, nice activities and common area, food was also very yummie

Did not meet either of the above instructors (think they have left) however all of the instructors, Jose, Axel, Walter, Andre, and Oscar were so great in teaching wind making everybody comfortable, I learned so much in the week. Other than the surfing I loved the community aspect of the hostel with great food food served by amazing staff who made such an effort, would definitely stay again. Feels expensive when you book but couldn’t be more worth the money!!

I spent two weeks at Dreamsea Surf camp and would happily go back again. I left feeling that I have learned so much about surfing, made new friends from all over the world, took yoga classes that paired well with the rigor of surfing and stayed in a beautiful space. I truly appreciated that we were both able to have instruction on the water as well as on land where we could go more deeply into surf theory. José, as the lead surf teacher, was most professional and focused on teaching us so many aspects of surfing. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. And I would highly recommend getting a massage with Fran, who knows just the spots where surfers are sore. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone who is looking to improve their surfing in a community of like minded folks from across the globe!

The resort is charming, food is delicious and people are welcoming. There is attention to detail in everything from the beautiful decor to the scheduling of multiple daily activities, including great yoga and surf! We truly felt at home here after having spent two weeks in the company of the friendly staff and guests.

The surf camp was very clean and the staff was excellent. All the guest were quite pleasant. The surf instructors were very caring and helpful.

The surf lessons were really well organized and set up by Julio. being a complete befinner i had so much fun, always felt safe and learnt so much during just a week.

the staff hade no problem at all making vegan adjustments to my food. 🌱

The place is beautiful and the hosts Thibau and Cecilia makes you feel super welcome and in the right place from the moment you get there.

Everything was so great. It’s hard to find something that wasn’t good. It was so nice to see that the employees had good circumstances. The yoga lessons was amazing, loved that we did in difference locations depending on the numbers of contestants there were. Loved everything and a big recommendation from my!

We stayed in a private room for our honeymoon and were treated to a bottle of wine and romantic decorations from Jose, the office manager, and the ladies on the reception desk.

Being non-surfers, I did not have high expectations about standing on the board, let alone taking waves from the first day. The surf instructors Jose and Walter were super professional, kept us safe and had us hooked within a couple of lessons!

The food was great… a lot of variation and delicious smoothies served to us by the lovely Tino!

For recovery and mindfulness, Fran the Yoga teacher helped us stretch and enjoy the present.

I liked the camp, it was such a really nice place with an amazing view on the ocean, good food and ambience. The surf lessons was pretty good as well. I met really nice people from all over over the world.

The camp is awesome. The glamping tents are clean and decorated lovingly. The stuff is amazing. They will do everything to give you the best experience possible. Especially awesome are the extra activities (Yoga, Mountainbiking,...) I 100% recommend them.
