The Surf Ranch in San Juan Del Sur, features Nicaragua's best skateboard park, water slide, splash pad water park, rock climbing wall, private gym, volleyball court, restaurant and bar, swimming pool, and swim-up bar, poolside chairs and cabanas, standard rooms, villas, and deluxe condos. The Surf Ranch offers many extreme sports and activities such as surfing, skateboarding, sailing, fishing, yoga, rock climbing, and more. The Surf Ranch is known as one of the most popular resorts in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua.
Standard rooms
There are 12 standard rooms that are equipped with hot water, air conditioning, and flat-screen Smart TV's with Netflix. All of the standard rooms have a shared rooftop terrace in which you have full access too. Each room comes with a private bathroom and shower, 1 queen-size bed or 2 single beds, towels, shampoo and soap, desk and chair, bedside table, ceiling fan, free wireless internet and includes breakfast for 1 - 2 people.
Deluxe condos
There are 6 fully furnished deluxe condos with 2 high quality queen size beds, hot water, air conditioning & Smart TV's with Netflix. Each unit has a bedside table, desk, and chair, a dresser with a small closet, fast free wireless internet, a full bathroom with shower, and a private patio. The top 3 units have a spiral staircase leading up to a private rooftop terrace, great for star gazing and relaxing. Rates include breakfast for 1 - 2 people.
Villas
The 7 jungle villas offer their highest degree of rustic comfort. Each villas interior is designed differently and range from studio rooms and single bedrooms to villas with 2 separate rooms. Each villa comes with a living room, private bathroom, towels, shampoo and soap, furniture, ceiling fan, air conditioning, smart TV's with Netflix, beds, rooftop terrace with chairs and fast free wireless internet. Rates include breakfast for 1 - 4 people.

Flexible Itinerary - this schedule serves as a foundation, giving you plenty of freedom to personalize each day as you wish. With numerous options available, you can fully customize your experience to suit your interests and pace.
Day 1: Arrival & Orientation
- Airport shuttle: pickup from airport and transport to Surf Ranch Resort.
- Check-in & welcome: settle into your room and get acquainted with the resort's amenities.
- Free time to explore: unwind by the pool, grab a coffee, tea, or water from the station, (or order a beer or cocktail), or take your first lap around the onsite skatepark.
- Dinner: enjoy your choice of any item from the menu at the restaurant.
Daily schedule (Days 2–5): customize each day with activities of your choice
Morning:
- Breakfast: start your day with a hearty breakfast.
- Skateboarding lessons: warm up with a morning skate session, open for all skill levels.
- Relax & chill: take it easy by the pool, catch some sun, or unwind at the rock-climbing wall.
Morning to afternoon:
- Shuttle to the beach: head to the beach for surfing (surfboard rentals and lessons, or free surf).
- Surf lessons: perfect your surf skills with a lesson.
- Return to the resort: head back to the Surf Ranch with instructor on shuttle, in time for afternoon skateboarding or just to relax.
Afternoon and Evening:
- Skate lessons and sessions: join expert-led lessons or skate freely in the onsite skatepark.
- Water activities: enjoy the swimming pool and water slide, or relax in the bar and restaurant area.
- Happy hour: indulge in happy hour specials, available each day of the week.
- Dinner: choose from any dinner option on our menu. Shuttles to town at 9 pm for those who want to spend the night out.
- Afternoon skate: every Friday around 4 pm, join or watch the skate sesion, open to all guests.
- Evening celebration each night: enjoy happy hour daily and a lively evening at the bar to celebrate the day or weeks highlights.
Day 6: Departure
- Breakfast & check-out: savor a final breakfast and prepare for your journey home.
- Airport shuttle: shuttle to the airport to conclude your trip.

The Surf Ranch Hotel & Resort is located in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua. Less than 2 km from downtown and the closest resort to the southern surf beaches.

We have a restaurant at the Surf Ranch Resort that offers a local Nicaraguan and worldwide menu including all of your favourite foods. You have the option of where you would like to dine, including poolside under thatch roof cabanas, at the swim up bar, on the second floor of the restaurant, and even in your villa or condo.
The restaurant is open from 8am - 8pm, every day of the week, and is open to guests and visitors. They also have fast and free WiFi available for everyone. Come chill by the pool and bar, have some food & drinks, use the WiFi and meet new friends. Come try out the all new menu with lower prices & better quality ingredients.

Arrival by airplane
Airlines and flights. Flying to Nicaragua from Canada or the US, you will fly into the Managua International Airport (MGA). All of the popular airlines have daily flights to and from Managua.
Once arriving at the Managua International Airport, also called the Augusto C. Sandino International Airport (MGA). You will pass through to immigration. The entry fee you need to pay is 10 USD per person in cash, and your stay is valid for 90 days.
