I had the incredible opportunity to join a yoga and fitness retreat in the S Resort hotel in Uluwatu, and the experience exceeded all my expectations.

The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to completely disconnect from daily life and truly reconnect with myself.

The staff were exceptionally kind and caring. Always attentive, supportive, and genuinely warm, they created a welcoming and motivating space where everyone felt comfortable and encouraged. Their positive energy made a real difference throughout the entire retreat.

The classes were perfectly adapted to all levels. Whether it was yoga or fitness, each session was well-balanced, thoughtfully structured, and engaging. The instructors offered modifications and alternatives so everyone could progress at their own pace while still feeling challenged and empowered.

I left feeling refreshed, stronger both physically and mentally, and deeply grateful for the beautiful memories and connections made. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking to combine wellness, movement, and a stunning destination into one unforgettable experience.

Justin the instructor was incredible, even the local exact book him because they trust him.

3 days is all it took to get comfortable on a long board starting with no experience at all.

Knows all the spots just have to flexible with the time he suggested due to tide and surf conditions. Once you’re out there he won’t call it a day till you said you’ve had enough.

Peaceful setting away from the main roads allowed for deeper relaxation. The team at S Resorts were helpful in a proactive way. I felt very taken care of at the resort and during the surf sessions.
